Filoxenia Hotel Apartments

We arrived late at night and had a lovely warm welcome from Nikos, who showed us to our rooms. I'd made a request, very close to our departure, to ask for a room next to family and Nikos was very accommodating in arranging this the following morning. The rooms were extremely clean and decorated in a lovely simple traditional Greek style. The bed was really comfortable. There are facilities to prepare a simple breakfast and lunch but who wants to cook when there are so many beautiful Greek delights to eat. Like most places in Greece of this standard, take your own soap, washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel etc. The grounds were beautifully kept, with an abundance of olive trees, fruit trees, herbs and flowers. 2 lovely pools and plenty of sun beds. Their taverna is lovely serving delicious Greek cuisine at very reasonable prices. The bbq is excellent value. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The surrounding area has some nice restaurants, tavernas and a few supermarkets along the main road. All within easy walking distance. An easy walk to the beach. Not the nicest of beaches, being mostly stone but a pleasant way to spend the afternoon watching the kite surfers. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel with a good service to Rhodes town. For a typical Greek experience, I would highly recommend this place.

Here now. Lovely chilled apartments. No rush for sunbeds. All have umbrella. 2 pool both not very deep. Nice snack food drinks bar. Not to expensive. Only entertainment are Greek night on Fridays, definitely recommend. Bbq Sundays we didn't go so can't comment but other guests say is good. Beautiful grounds growing there own produce which can also be purchased. Room's very clean very basic but perfect for your needs. 2 resident dogs who are so soft and tame. The area is very quiet, only a handful of restaurants you can see, however if you search the area you find there are more tucked away. Lovely place

Loved our stay at Filoxenia, the owners are lovely & all staff are friendly & helpful. Rooms cleaned daily, basic self catering but we ate out every evening. Grounds are immaculate. We had ground floor studio 45 it was perfect. Pools clean, lots of sunbeds, food was excellent. Can not fault these apartments 🇬🇷☀️☺️.
