This was our 5th visit to Nama. There is a reason why we come back, year after year… it is perfect in every way!!! Our Nama family looked after us from the moment we arrived, amazing company, food, cocktails and pure relaxation. We couldn’t have wished for a better holiday. Thank you to everyone at Nama for looking after us, we really didn’t want to leave. See you all next year. Anyone who holidays here, will return, guaranteed.

Just a perfect retreat away from the usual. Location is perfect for visiting the islands many attractions but key to the 5 star rating is the family that run and own this hotel. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble from our arrival at silly AM due to delay where a welcome was food and drinks which were on the house. Breakfast is a different feast every morning and you are supplied with food for lunch if you want it. Prices at the bar are not expensive. In the village there is a choice of restaurants costing between €40-50 (per couple 2025) inc starters, main and sweet wine and beer. The hotel is very clean and maintained to the highest standards rooms are cleaned daily, coffee, orange juice, water all supplied. Can’t fault it

What can I say - most of the people who go here really want to keep it a secret so that it isn’t fully booked when they want to go back and I totally get that. An amazing hotel owned by a wonderful family who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. We had read the reviews of the wonderful baskets for breakfast and they were even better than described. A wonderful treat every morning with enough left over to feed you at lunch and snacks throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenny and her husband, George at the bar and her daughter on reception and son in law who helped out at the bar when needed. Another thanks to her son who gave us transport to and from the sunset cruise in Rhodes town and kept us well informed re pick up times and where to meet us. All in all you are treated like one of the family and although we are already looking forward to booking for 2026. Thank you again Jenny et al - look forward to seeing you again. Eilish and Scott. This is our 3rd time returning to Nama retreat abd there is no where that can ever beat this place and all I can say is "From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much for making our holiday truly unforgettable! A Peaceful Gem – Nama Retreat Nama Retreat is a truly special place, run by a warm and welcoming family and staff. If you’re looking for peace and quiet in a clean, well-maintained complex, you really can’t go wrong here. We stayed in one of the swim-up rooms, which was modern, spotless, and well-equipped for self-catering, with utensils, a microwave, fridge, and hob. Breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. I enjoyed scrambled eggs and bacon, followed by a generous basket of fresh bread, ham, cheese, Greek salad, yoghurt, juice, and milk. There was also a daily surprise lovingly prepared by Jenny—anything from cake or fresh fruit to a traditional Greek treat. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds, especially as the shade gradually moves across the rooms. There’s also a bar open all day and into the evening, with very reasonable prices. Pastida itself is a small, quiet town with a well-stocked supermarket and around six restaurants that we found. Skalakia served delicious, traditional Greek food, and Gefira Taverna was quieter but equally good. Massa Grande, offering Italian and Mexican dishes, served pizzas so large we’d recommend going for the smaller size unless you’re sharing with a group! If I had to sum up Nama Retreat in just a few words, it would be: chilled, peaceful, beautiful—run by a truly lovely family who go out of their way to make your stay special. Andy and Julie

You will need to stay here to really appreciate how special Nama Retreat is. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are spoilt beyond words by Jenny, Evgenios and their team. They all take hospitality to a new level. We have never felt so genuinely cared for - from perfect rooms, freshly prepared breakfasts with little treats daily, smiling faces every morning that set the tone for the whole day. Every request and question was met with a 100% can do response - the guest really does come first here! Stunning pool area. Cocktails/ drinks some of the best we have had. Location a short walk from centre where lots of great eating places can be found - lovely ice cream / treat parlour too. Supermarkets too. Visited Rhodes old town - a must do! Lalysos also lovely. All transport arranged seamlessly through Jenny❤️. We travel a lot but have never decided to rebook the same hotel - until now. We cannot wait to return. Thank you to everyone at Nama for giving us a much needed week of relaxation and care. You are truly special. Sally & Matt.

This has got to be the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Every day we were greeted with ‘Kalimera’ as we sat to enjoy the fabulous breakfast baskets full of surprises, and enough food to feed a small army. Rooms were beautiful, well equipped and clean and comfortable. The pool is stunning. Nothing is too much trouble for this beautiful family and their team. It will be hard to find anywhere to even come close to the hospitality we were shown at this fabulous hotel. Lots of places to visit just a short taxi ride away. The village of Pastida has everything you can need, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, take aways and a fabulous ice cream shop. Very sad to leave but will definitely return.
