I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. As someone who needs gluten-free options, I was thrilled with the food choices available. The bakery even offers gluten-free baguettes, and I could enjoy delicious pizza and pasta—something that can be hard to find at many places. The highlight was getting the opportunity to have a one-on-one chat with the buffet chef about my options, which was incredibly helpful. The staff at the hotel were simply outstanding. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone, from reception to the poolside team, was not only friendly but also eager to assist in any way. They couldn’t do more for us, and it really stood out as a key part of our stay. The vibe of the hotel during the day was also fantastic—there was no rush for sunbeds, and I managed to get prime spots even when I went down a bit later in the morning (around 11 am). We also received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spotless, fresh towels every day, and the poolside drink service to your sunbed was an amazing touch. It meant I didn’t have to move from my comfy spot to grab a drink—perfect! That said, there were a few negatives that I'd like to mention. The shuttle bus into Rhodes town was quite unreliable. We booked it on two separate occasions, and both times there were delays, leading us to take a taxi instead. On the plus side, the guest relations staff, especially Tim and another lovely woman (I’m sorry, I can’t remember your name!), were incredibly helpful and took the time to ensure we got a refund for the inconvenience. Their dedication to customer service was much appreciated. The evening entertainment didn’t quite hit the mark. It was a bit dull, and most nights, the events wrapped up by 9 pm, which made us head out for some livelier options. If you’re looking for a more active nightlife scene, this might not be the place for you. The restaurants in the evening also require early booking and are closed on certain days, which can be a bit frustrating if you’re trying to make spontaneous plans. The Italian restaurant, in particular, was a disappointment—the menu was quite limited, and the food wasn’t up to par (the lasagna was dry and the salads were mostly lettuce). However, the Greek restaurant was exceptional! They catered to my gluten-free needs perfectly, even bringing me my own starters, and I had a wide choice of mains. The staff there were outstanding as well, making the meal even more enjoyable. One last thing—while the pool area is generally fantastic, the sunbed rules weren’t always enforced. Many guests left their beds unattended for hours, and some groups took multiple sets of beds for just a few people. It’s something the hotel should definitely work on, as it’s frustrating when you’re looking for a spot and many are left unused. Despite these minor setbacks, I’d highly recommend this hotel
