Rhodos Horizon City-Adults Only

This was such a stunning hotel. It has recently been renovated and the decor is just beautiful. They have live entertainment on a Monday. The breakfast is immaculate and had so much variety. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Any queries we had they could help. The location is perfect! Only a short walk to the harbour. Room was spacious and lovely!

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Gepäck wurde sogar aufs Zimmer getragen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Minibar einmalig in Preis inklusive. Das Frühstücksbuffet war top und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage zentral und gut erreichbar. Lediglich der Pool im Innenhof und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer boten ein paar Bauruinen die weniger schön anzusehen waren. Jedoch buche ich gerne wieder dort.

Another wonderful stay at Rhodos Horizon City! Stayed for the first time last year for 8 nights and decided to stay again for 10 nights. As everyone has said the hotel is spotless from the public areas to the rooms. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. Considering it is getting towards the end of the season the enthusiasm and passion of the staff was still very obvious. The breakfasts are amazing when you think they cater for so many people. Food is beautifully presented and the selection is second to none. We ate most of our evening meals at the hotel and served by Flora every night. What an asset she is to the hotel. Always smiling and laughing but totally up to speed with everything going on. My Irish coffees served by the barman were fantastic. The prices of meals and drinks were so reasonable and such a great location to sit on the veranda and watch the world go by. All the staff were fabulous. A highlight for us was to find Stefanos covering a shift while we were staying at the hotel. Stefanos was on reception last year when we visited and he was so enthusiastic to give us information of what to see and so proud to be working at the hotel. He still works for one of the other Rhodos Horizon hotels, so it was a bonus when we mentioned to Flora that he had been so helpful last year and she said he was working that night. It was great to catch up with him and he remembered us. We are working on our holiday for next year and Rhodos Horizon City will be part of that holiday. Our sincerest thank you to everyone. What an amazing hotel. Brilliant location for Rhodes Old Town, the harbour and beaches. The hotel was spotless, so clean, modern, bright and fresh. With welcoming and friendly staff. The rooms are great, the restaurant area and breakfast are wonderful. During our stay it was my dad's birthday, I'm guessing housekeeping saw his birthday cards and when we returned back from being out for the day there was a lovely personal note from the staff and a bottle of bubbly. What a wonderful gesture, I couldn't thank the staff enough for their kindness. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, although a bit overpriced for what we got. The junior suite was basically just a standard room. The mattress was very comfortable but the base of the bed was way too high to get on. The breakfast was very good with a huge variety of food and drinks. The shower was amazing, extremely high pressure. The hotel is in an excellent location, loads of shops and restaurants around and not far from the Medieval City. The two main issues were the noise coming from the ground floor - loud music until late at night and a lot of noise from furniture/chairs being moved about. The air conditioner was powerful but it smelled really bad, so we didn't use it. It needs cleaning! We didn't get offered a complimentary drink either but apparently there was one for other guests.

Rhodes Horizon City A Gem of a Hotel Right in the Heart of Everything Maria checked us in and made sure we had a very Happy Honeymoon and Birthday (for Me). Our room was upgraded to a City Suite. It was an extra large room with a huge circular wall divider for the spacious bathroom. We were treated to chilled Champagne and Ouzo. We found street parking right across the street, that was free over the weekend. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing. Anything you could wish for. Fresh eggs, pancakes, waffles, crepes, fruit, etc. The customer service here went above and beyond. Efharisto Maria!

I can only describe our stay here as outstanding. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring the town on foot. If you want to explore, all that Rhodes town has to offer, then the location means that the harbour is only a five minute walk, and the old town about 15 to 20 minutes. There are numerous lovely restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute radius of the hotel. And I would recommend using them, rather than eating in old town, as I found the food to be better and the prices a little lower. The hotel has a lovely wide open lobby, that is well presented with comfy sofas to relax in. The room itself was modern and clean, and had plenty of storage space. I would stay at this hotel again, without hesitation. Absolutely superb.

Excellent hotel within walking distance to almost everything in Rhodes Town. It’s in a nice and quiet area, the staff are very friendly and nice, the rooms are very clean and modern. The breakfast is one of the best selections I’ve seen in a hotel for a very long time. If you can think of it, they have it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
