Quite simply the worst hotel I have ever been to and I have travelled all over the world, deserves zero stars,food, hygiene, rooms ,pool area etc are the worst i have ever experienced Don't believe the 5 star reviews Avoid this hotel

Very basic hotel, terrible shower,dated bedroom, lunch ok but breakfast and dinner not acceptable,cold food, entertainment virtually non existent,you definitely get what you pay for,my advice pay more for a decent hotel, I wish we did ,can't understand the 5 star reviews I have read,it's impossible for this hotel to be rated 5 stars in my opinion, you wonder if these 5 star reviewers have even stayed here

Everything was absolutely stunning. Room was nice and clean. Staff - I must say that we never ever had better staff than in this hotel. Everyone is so nice polite helpful. So far this was a very nice experience. Even though hotel has 3 stars we would rated better than some of the 5 stars hotels. Thank you so much guys for everything. Michaela & Stefan (Slovakia)

We came here as a last minute getaway for summer. On first inspection everything seemed okay, however it wasn’t long before we began to notice faults. Although the hotel was only 2 stories high there is no lift which was quite problematic for us having to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs having just arrived late at night. Some other issues include the very small bathroom and all inclusive only being served during set hours. The features in the room were somewhat disappointing. The shower was more like a hose, but it did the job. We ended up using the shower by the pool as the pressure was much better. The beds are very low to the ground and no headboards. There’s a kettle but no coffee/tea so not sure what it’s for really. Plenty of coat hangers and storage but only really enough for about a week. There was 2 of us staying as a couple but they only gave us 1 key. Not a major issue but most hotels give you one each so I did have to ask if i could get my own. Onto the positives, the staff make up for what the hotel lacks. They went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Despite the hotel being very dated and in need of some desperate upgrades, we could not fault the customer service we received. However, we did sometimes need to ask for drinks to be refilled at dinner as there is no drink machine despite this being an all inclusive hotel. There was regular entertainment each night which we thoroughly enjoyed. If you don’t want to be at the hotel there are many activities nearby such as the beach a 5 minute walk or the bus stop into the old town. We always managed to get a bed by the pool which was lovely and cool. Overall, had this not been a last minute decision to get away we would probably have booked somewhere else but it did the job. Somewhere in the sun with cocktails on tap. Will we be back? Probably not.

Just returned from this lovely little find. Lets start with the hotel!! Absolutely spot on for a 3*. Staff are really friendly. The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable, with a daily clean and towel change. On arrival we noticed our patio door wouldn't lock, as it was late we waited until the next morning. We mentioned it at reception on our way to breakfast and by the time we had finished it was fixed. The shower is tiny and floods the bathroom but we soon worked our way around that. Air con is great, it was + 30c for our stay and the room was lovely and cool. There is a kettle, fridge and hairdryer in each room but take a mug for your morning coffee. The food was varied with no two days the same and not a chicken nugget in sight :) , tasty and hot. At lunch time they cook outside which was fabulous, 4-5pm is Gyros time which are to dye for. The entertainment was mostly great apart from George (best plan a night out when he is on), the Greek night was entertaining and got the audience taking part. The acoustic girls were brilliant and so was the circus which isn't really our thing. We were right next to Eucalyptus street, this is where all the Tavernas and shops are. No nightclubs and no typical lager louts. There is a choice of 3 beaches, we used Kolymbia harbour, 20 euros for two sun beds and parasol, the beach bar is amazing, frozen Pina Collada to die for. We hired peddalos for 15 euro for the hour and had a great laugh. It's worth a walk to the Greek flag to watch the sun go down too. Lovely area for visiting with lots of trips on land and sea. We had a fantastic time , thank you Kolymbia Sun, we will be back :)

Another great stay Just returned from our second visit here and was equally as impressed as last time There’s always something to eat yes it’s 3 star so don’t expect 5 star La carte the giros in the afternoon are a must Rooms big enough and cleaned daily Pool does have the odd cracked tile for what we paid im not complaining A great base 30 seconds from eucalyptus street and the bar’s restaurants supermarkets bus stops etc What really makes this a great hotel is the staff Special mention again to Despina on reception if you want to know anything she’s a fountain of knowledge and always greats you with a big smile and kalimera Sonya who works on the bar and in the restaurant is also brilliant nothings to much trouble for her The only gripe I have is the one member of staff a tall lady Eastern European or Russian long blond ish hair with red cheeks on a few occasions she completely ignored guests and looked on them as an inconvenience and constantly got orders wrong To summarise a great budget hotel we will return
