Zenith Sea Side Hotel

We came with two kids. Tiny little room called family room with four beds next to each other. No room to walk when you put laguages in. Dirty room and bathroim. Never cleaned under the beds, drawers, …. Greasy table on the balcony, dirty and greasy windows and doors. Disgusting bathroom. Stuff polite but not competent. Dirty dishes,glasses and cups in the restaurant Mannager doesnt’t want to see it and solve it apparently. Never again

Our vacation was just perfect! We don't have a single bad word to say about this hotel! It was absolutely beautiful and fantastic experience! Although we arrived early, the staff were very helpful and polite and guided us to our room very promptly. We were even more happy and excited that the room was newly renovated, modern, beautiful and clean - just like in the pictures. 😍 The atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and nice, everyone was polite and very friendly. Breakfast and other meals were very tasty and their price and quality were very appropriate and pleasant. We also met some great people, spend amazing time together and we are still in touch even for now. 😇 We really enjoyed every minute! It's really rare to find a place you want to return to, but we definitely will do it without even thinking about it! Thanks one more time to hotel and amazing staff. And we are counting days to go back! 🌴

We’ve arrived late night and got a room which was in terrible condition ( broken bed, dirty walls, greasy surfaces, ridicolous bathroom, etc ) Next morning I requested an other room, the hotel manager was helpful and gave us another one, which was slightly in a better condition. Also called the travel agency ( Kartago Tours) to find an other hotel for us but they didn’t do anything, shame on them. Unfortunately we had to spend one week in Zenith and see the not acceptable conditions of this unit. First of all, everything is sooo dirty, the walls, the furnitures, the dishes in the restaurant, there’s no sign for any cleaning activities at all. The cleaning of the rooms is almost zero, the furnitures in the room are in very bad condition. You can’t even close the bathroom door because there’s a gap on it( see picture) The hotel itself in the middle of nothing, half finished houses around, even the garden of the hotel looks like the desert. If it wouldn’t be enough, there are mosquitos, ants everywhere in the “hotel” you can’t escape from them. There were few good things, such the staff was very kind, the sea is only 2-3 mins walking distance (nice beach) and I’d give 3;5 for the food on a scale of 5. All in all, if you don’t want to be disappointed and want real value for your money, don’t go there, never ever.

Mój pobyt w tym hotelu był ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Choć obiekt reklamuje się jako czterogwiazdkowy, moim zdaniem nie zasługuje na tak wysoką kategorię. Pokoje były w kiepskim stanie – brudne, zaniedbane i dawno nieremontowane. Przez jeden dzień w łazience brakowało ciepłej wody, co było bardzo uciążliwe. Jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji było tak złe, że byłem zmuszony stołować się na mieście. Dodatkowo w barze często brakowało napojów z menu, w tym nawet podstawowej kawy. Basen również pozostawiał wiele do życzenia – zaniedbany i mało zachęcający do korzystania. Ciągłe problemy sprawiły, że nie mogłem odpocząć i zrelaksować się tak, jak planowałem. Niestety, nie polecam tego hotelu i na pewno do niego nie wrócę.

Cudowny czas spędzony w hotelu Ampelia! Pokoje nowe i stare.Wiekszosc z widokiem na morze. Jedzenie smaczne.Kazdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Baseny super,morze 100m,parasole i leżaki na plaży.Morze cudowne! Zero animacji i dzieci Hotel dla szukających spokoju. Floor Menager Joanna wszystkiego pilnuje! Barmani -Sergiej,Kamal i Santo cudowni! Drinki i piwko podawane rownież w szkle! Cena adekwatna do jakości! Dla nas wakacje życia!

Покупали поездку в последний момент, было всего 3 предложение, этот отель рекомендовали, сказали все хорошо, но упустили один момент - он был закрыт 2 года, и открылся совсем недавно. Соответственно персоонал набрать не успели, из за этого много вытекающих - не хватало еды, тарелок, стаканов. Ломались аппараты с вином. Бармена ждали иногда по минут 15. А потому что это все один человек - менеджер отеля, который и на баре, и на уборке столов, и сервировке итд. Про менеджера и управляющую только положительные отзывы, они стараются выше своих сил, выполняют любые желания в меру возможностей, но их не так много, например помочь решить проблему с комарами, в виде сетки на окно или антикомаоина не смогли. Но в любом случае они приветливые, они стараются и у отеля есть потенциал. Пляж первая линия, шезлонгов своих нет, есть платные - 8 евро, в метрах 400, но их там немного. Анимации нет вообще, никакой. Да поздравляли тортиками у кого день рождения, это все. Рядом есть деревушка, там бары, таверны, музыка. Номера хорошие, но стеклянные двери в туалет и душ, которые не закрываются(никакой приватности:))), уборка каждый день, чистенько, но нам например один раз забыли двери закрыть, оставили на распашку, но все на месте. Еда нормальная, но однообразная. Выбор коктелей, небольшой. Вообщем если хотите тишины - вам сюда. Пляж галька, немноголюдно, есть рыбки. Ставлю тройку, поэтому что не из дешёвых, в данном случае (покрайне мере пока) цена не соответствует качеству. Но как я и говорю, у отеля есть потенциал, и думаю через годик, там будет очень даже хорошо
