Could not say a bad word about this hotel!! Staff were phenomenal and went above&beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite while is a MUST if you are able to do so. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had a fabulous selection for all. We were arranged special breakfast and dinner in the Greek restaurant during our stay and we absolutely loved it! Hotel bar was our favourite for the wonderful cocktails. Pool bar was lovely throughout the day while sunbathing or watching the lunchtime entertainment. My partner proposed to me whilst on holiday and the hotel decorated our suite with flowers and swans just perfect!! Thank you so much Virginia for the most amazing holiday, one to remember and Rhodes is perfection. Hope to be back in the future!! As soon as we arrived the staff we excellent, our bags were taken straight to our room no waiting around & we were directed to the dinner hall to eat before they closed. Again staff were very friendly, they didn't stop. Rooms were great, really clean our room was a little short on space for clothes but we made it work. Beds were comfy, Aircon amazing, tv, wifi, balcony, tea & coffee facilities, clean towels nearly every day. Food was brilliant great choices for every meal, staff on hand as always. We used the 2 a la carte restaurants both served amazing starters to share then options to pick your main, we had Vasilious ( sorry if spelt wrong) on hand & he really did go out of his way for us in the restaurants & in the hotel. Swimming pools were good clean a little cold but really refreshing & you soon got used to it, sunbeds were available on every occasion for us, but some days we weren't at our chosen pool but still sunbeds pools & sunshine. The gym was small but usable, the public toilets were always very clean & again staff were there on hand at every occasion. The hotel itself has plenty of other things to do, pool tables, entertainment, a good shop, outdoor & indoor seating for the bars, its location worked well for us just 20min bus ride to rhodes town, a 5mins stroll to a lovely beach⛱️ Would definitely recommend, Rhodes is amazing & staff were definitely the star of the show.

We are currently still here, leaving tomorrow sadly Don’t be put off by any of the negative reviews- Wonderful hotel, lovely staff, massive choice of food ( I’m vegetarian and partner carnivore) all areas are spotless, super comfy rooms, beds are cosy and short/ bathroom great. Whole complex is fab! Would I come back … in a flash! Beach is 5 mins walk - sun loungers €12.50 for the day- money well spent. Fantastic Holiday - sad to be leaving x

Beautiful resort. Staff so friendly and helpful. Food good, plenty to choose from. Rooms cleaned daily . Beach only a short walk, nice and clean and loads of sunbeds to choose from. Would hight recommend Virginia . Will definitely be coming back.

Came here with 2 of my friends and had a great well needed break. Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff. Clean towels provided every day. Food slightly repetitive but luckily we’re not fussy eaters. Pools very clean and plenty of sun lounges to choose from.

We only booked a week before heading to Rhodes and after reading the reviews thought the hotel would be a good choice. We were not disappointed at all by the hotel in anyway. All the staff were very helpful and made our stay memorable. With my husband being a very fussy eater I was extremely pleased with the food selection. The buffet had a change around most nights which was a pleasant surprise. The tables were cleared promptly by the staff and always with a smile. We always found getting a sun bed each day by the main pool was never a problem. We paid the €10 deposit for the pool towels and was great as they are more than happy to swoop them out each day and never had to have wet or dirty towels. The supermarket on site was well stocked. Also another one a short walk away off site. Trips we booked the bus to Lindos with the reception staff and was a lovely trip out. We had a day in Rhodes town which was only a short trip away by taxi(€14.50 each way) again organised by the reception staff. Short walk from the hotel was a couple sports bars, supermarket and the beach. The beach was a lovely little bay with safe swimming areas. Couple of bars to get refreshments from and to pay to hire sun beds(we didn’t worry about hiring one). Plenty of space to lay your towels out. You can get two different boat trips from the beach. One that went to Lindos for the day and one that did a hour trip on the glass bottom boat. Also a lovely family that provides water sports hire. We booked for the couples massage at the Spa and can highly recommend. Hope this helps you to decide to visit the hotel. If we are back in Rhodes we will definitely return. Only thing we found different was all trips and spa had to be paid by Cash and no way to use card facilities for these. Being someone who doesn’t like to take too much cash on a holiday (for safety reasons) found this disappointing.
