Akti Imperial Deluxe Resort & Spa Dolce by Wyndham

We had one of the most delightful stays here during the October school break. As is normal with my reviews, here is some practical info and opinion that should help travellers. (some *photo attached). I have also attached a *location map of the hotel. Convenient location: From airport: ~15 minutes by taxi, 40-45 minutes by tour operated buses. To city centre and old town ~10 minutes by taxi. Taxi-stand right across the road, prices displayed. Day time ~12 Euros, 13-14 Euros at nighttime. There is a bus stop on the main road with *ticket machine (*1.80 Euros one way at the time). *Shops, restaurants, tour operators & water sports (would recommend using the water sports here rather than ones in town unless you want to spend 3 times the price) nearby. Don’t haggle too much, but you do get hotel guest concession at water sports. Reception and staff: All staff professional, courteous, extremely hard working and helpful. Reception can get busy and probably can improve with the speed of check in. Food and drinks: Main restaurant variety of foods, tasty, live kitchen, Tasty food. Vegan options +. It got very busy one evening and there was a wait for about 10 minutes for us, but some waited longer. This kind of rush is not unique to this hotel. Multiple bars with nearly 18 hours of snacks and flow of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Main restaurant open 24 hours a day, with some basic but filling menu late night/early morning. Other *opening times-see photo. Entertainment team: Fabulous team that kept kids and adults totally engaged. Hats off to their hard work. Day time- for all, evenings for kids and families, later evening/ night- for adults. Outdoor podium. We loved this as, this did not feel crammed as can happen in indoor auditorium. Multiple activities during the day. Rooms: Clean, well maintained, usual amenities present. We took front sea view and enjoyed the stunning skyline and stunning *sunsets. Fridge gets topped up daily- wine, beer, soft drinks, water, juice!! (certainly, did for all inclusive.) We never used beer/wine as we enjoyed them at the main bar. Multiple floors, but dedicated lifts for 2-3 floors each. This avoids them being busy. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, enough sun beds (including hotel owned ones on the beach). They don’t have a staff tips jar and would highly recommend that the management instals one. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. Would I go back? A big yes!

amazing food so much choice staff are friendly imaculate too room view amazing I was here for my 60th birthday my room was amazing abba night and all intertainment first class such a relaxing place if that's what u want plenty to do otherwise I shall be back a massive thank you

I had a spa treatment by Fohni, and it was amazing. She really worked out all of my tension in my neck which had been bothering me. Fohni offered a really professional and safe environment that made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We’ve just got back from a lovely family holiday here. There were 6 of us and the hotel were able to give us adjoining rooms which was amazing. We had the most incredible view of the sea and this was perfect to watch the sunsets. We ate in the buffet for all meals as the kids can then chose exactly what they like which is ideal for fussy eaters. There was a lovely variety of food. You would never go hungry as snacks are available throughout the hotel all the time. Never waited for a table. Cocktails were nice, and great you can help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks. The pool was a bit cold but understandable as it’s the beginning of the season, but the kids still loved it. Easy to get to the beach as you just walk through the underpass. Shame the beach bar only served beer and soft drinks. The pool areas were great. Very clean and looked after. Rooms were cleaned every day and mini bars stocked. We were lucky with the weather as it was 20/21. It’s only 15 mins from the airport and 10 mins to Rhodes old town which was beautiful. The entertainment was hit and miss but I guess it ramps up in the summer season. We had a lovely holiday and would go back.

Just got back from Rhodes the Akti imperial delux hotel, amazing hotel very clean staff couldn’t do enough for us, as I’m allergic to milk & soya and the chef himself Arris personally came out every day to walk me around to make sure which I could eat fantastic and they also have all three alternative milks soya,oat & almond which made my stay so easy compared to other hotels We could fault our stay at the Akti imperial delux Thank you 👏👏👍🏼it was also our friends 30th Anniversary and they went above & beyond to help make it special with a cake and champagne for they’re room amazing.

Had a wonderful stay for 10 days. I can't fault anything at this hotel, the staff are amazing always there to help with a smile. There is plenty of choice of foods which are really good, I enjoyed everything I had. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels left and fridge restocked each day which again I could not fault. There's entertainment every night however I only watched for one night as I'm an early sleeper. The beach is lovely and has a bar for drinks to keep you cool whilst on the beach. Would I come again? That's a big yes!
