Pefkos View Suites & Maisonette

We just got back from a weeks holiday at this wonderful place. The views are breathtaking but also the rooms are lovely & clean, food great specially anything poppi the owner has homemade. But Poppi herself is such a kind caring & attentive lady who can not do enough to make you feel welcomed & that your holiday is the very best experience. The pool is clean & well kept & a wonderful dip after you climb the hill to the hotel on foot, which could be difficult for some as it's fairly steep but I can not stress to you the worth for the view if you are willing to push yourself slightly like we were to gain the beautiful view above Pefkos. Smaller hotel than we experienced before but much more of a family vibe & a closer more personal experience eg a home from home atmosphere which we loved. Anything you need Poppi herself will go above & beyond to cater to your individual needs to best of her abilities. The local shop has plenty of choice & a cake bakery with the most amazing cakes to feast on of all types you can think of. For those who struggle to walk, there is a taxi rank at bottom of hill who nip you up the hill for an agreed amount of few Euros (always agree price before hand with taxi guys) We loved this little slice of heaven & will most definitely be returning soon.

Stop before you even think about booking this place there are 101 reasons why not to and to be honest I find it really hard to believe Jet2 are still using this place in comparison to the other accommodations on the island we stayed here for one week it was the week from hell firstly if you get room number 15 or 16 you’re in for a treat it’s absolutely dreadful shoebox size and no view directly opposite owner and daughter is above not that it mattered to us as we only found this out on our second visit to Pefkos too throughout our stay we ran into so many problems here there’s too many to list but needless to say we didn’t stay one day on site after our initial run in with the owner who just let herself into our room while we were out to remove things without our knowledge a total invasion of privacy the whole week was so intrusive and the only thing this owner understands or wants to discuss is money also the place is impossible to get to for elderlys infact anyone really who wants to enjoy a nice stroll down onto the beaches or to the shops it’s a nightmare at the top of the most ridiculously steep hill however we loved Pefkos and the people as we were there for a wedding we were able to hire a car to avoid being there and get a real feel of the place we booked up again a Fortnite later and stayed at Finas it was incredible far superior believe I don’t often write reviews but like I said think again before you do this there are thousands of places here just check out friends Of Pefkos on Facebook if you need any further information on Pefkos I’m sure they will assist

We just returned from 2 weeks at these lovely apartments. Central location, about a 5 minute walk downhill to the Main Street where there is an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. If you have mobility problems then you may want to stay elsewhere as the hill is steep and the apartments are built on to the side of the hill, so lots of stairs. Our studio was basic but spotlessly clean with everything you need. I would agree that the shower area needs updated but the shower worked so no complaints there. The staff at these apartments work tirelessly to make our holiday nice for us visitors. Every day we got smiles and a warm welcome from Poppi and all the team. You can tell they are a close family and for us to witness the kid’s party was actually a joy to see all of them, including the parents having a fabulous time. Very close to Lindos. 10 euros for a taxi. Car hire cost us around 35 euros a day. It’s a busy road up to Rhodes Town and wouldn’t do it in the dark. We were very happy with our holiday and intend to return again. Added extra is the air conditioning which cost us around 200 euros for the 2 weeks. All in all we had a lovely time. Restaurants- we loved Lambi, Artemis and Tsambikos but we didn’t have a bad meal the whole time we were there. Thank you to the team at Pefkos View. We will see you again.
