This hotel is terrible. I booked this hotel for 1 nighy because it was cheap and near the airport and I was landing late. I arrived after midnight to be greeted by a note on the door telling me to go somewhere else for the key, so I had to walk 5 minutes to another place, when I eventually got in my room the smell was bad and it was dusty, the cleanliness was awful especially in the bathroom. Near the bed there were stains on the wall that looked like blood. I had no choice but to try and sleep there but had a restless night and by 7am I had left, they told me to leave my room card in the room and just go when I left so I did. I emailed a complaint and got no reply, A few days later I emailed again and I was asked what the problem was and told that someone woukd reply on Monday, by Wednesday still nothing so I emailed and received no reply. Today I received a reply with no apology, it said that it says in the small print that you have to get the room key elsewhere, they also said I should have complained at the time. So they expected me to go back out in an unsafe area at 1am and walk 5 minutes to complain when there was only a receptionist working, they also offered me a 20% discount and haven't apologised at any point foe the cleanliness. Honestly do not stay at this hotel, I wouldn't even leave my bags in this hotel ever again let alone the thought of me staying in it, the customer service is terrible and slow and is so badly managed, they just don't care.

El hotel está a 1 km del aeropuerto de Frankfurt Hahn. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La habitación era limpia, tranquila con una buena ducha. Me esperaba quedarme mucho peor! De hecho, habría preferido quedarme aquí que el hotel de 4 estrellas que me quedé en Wittlich por las otras 2 noches. El personal era amable y atento. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no tenía comida, porque era muy tarde, pero la gente dijo que la comida era buena y no cara, así que confio en ellos. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable. Me quedaría aquí de nuevo, ya sea quedarme por una noche o unos días si vuelo a Frankfurt Hahn.

Super freundliche Gastgeberin, auch die beiden Köche sehr nett und aufmerksam, Sonderwünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Sehr leckeres asiatisches und deutsches Essen, hervorzuheben die Schnitzel gigantisch groß und super lecker, muss man unbedingt ausprobieren :) Tolles Team macht weiter so!!! Beim Frühstücksbuffet wäre Rührei oder Spiegeleier schön, aber sonst wirklich alles top-gerne wieder

A Gem on the River Rhine We discovered this hotel when looking for somewhere to stay near Koblenz. Service, staff, ambiance, breakfast, 1 meal all top notch. They also offer a free city ticket which entitles you to free travel by train & bus and discounted river cruises. Brilliant. Lovely small town, the hotel is within easy reach of restaurants, shops & transportation. 2 things of note 1) the cushions in the bedroom are too soft. 2) beware coming from Frankfurt as we did, there is a car ferry to take you across the Rhine which stops at 18.00. We had to drive to Koblenz 15km, over the first bridge available and return on the other side. Whilst a pleasant drive we could have done without it in the early evening. We booked via ******* so they are responsible for giving this sort of information. Another thing to beware in Germany, cash is still king. Several establishments refused to take a credit card. Not the hotel I hasten to add. All in all a great 3/4 day break in a lovely part of Germany.

Nos quedamos una noche en este hotel que es ideal si tu vuelo sale del aeropuerto de Hahn. El hotel está a 800 metros del aeropuerto y tiene un shuttle muy bueno a y desde el aeropuerto incluido en el precio. Tiene restaurante para cenar a precios muy convenientes y desayuno buffet que nosotros no tomamos porque nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano en la mañana. El personal habla español y es muy atento. Las habitaciones están muy correctas. Muy buen wifi. Recomiendo fuertemente este hotel si tienes un vuelo que saje de Hahn.
