We had an issue trying to get into the hotel as you need a pin code that trip didn’t provide. Luckily a man helped us and got everything set up really quickly. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with a smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. We did a lot of tours whilst here and the company were able to pick us and drop us right outside the hotel.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my 44 years of staying in hotels all around the world. After a very bad check-in experience where the room we we offered was substandard, we were promised a refund for 1 night. After we left the hotel management simply ignored my requests to refund me the promised money. They do not answer calls nor emails. Do NOT stay in this hotel run by thieves.

very good value for money. Helpful and friendly staff, close to a big shopping mall 24/7 which is super convenient to buy food, living necessities like a shaver. Close to bus station, easy access to downtown. Have got a stunning view from my room.

This hotel apartment was one of the best that we have ever stayed in. For price, facilities and friendliness you can't go wrong. Situated on the outskirts of the city centre, we had many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious with kitchen facilities, including a microwave oven, where we could cook our own meals. Having a fridge with a freezer compartment was handy too, for storing frozen veg etc. Having all the other facilities like kettle and toaster, we had good breakfasts and lunches, with large jars of tea bags and fresh coffee etc. The shower area was very good with two shower heads with powerful water jets with an overall pristine look. The daily cleaning staff were always helpful, replenishing anything from towels to toilet roll, when required. The hotel staff in the lobby were very friendly too.

I booked this hotel because I had a kitchenette and we planned on cooking to save money. However, there was not a pan in the room to even use the stove that is provided. Or a proper knife to cut an apple unfortunately. Or a rag to wipe down the counter. The dishwasher was a bonus as I didn’t know we’d have one but there was no dishwasher pods to use or even dish soap to wash our dishes. In the past when I’ve stayed at hotels that provide a kitchenette they also provide the basics to go along with it. Because why would you buy a pan, dishwasher pods, a rag, dish detergent and a knife while on vacation for just a few days? There was no one at the reception to speak to about this either. We were told that no one is available because we were there during the off season. So we couldn’t even get a simple coffee or a drink at the bar. It was all for show. I was disappointed with this as it was not noted when we booked. When I booked I saw there was a bar and was looking forward to having a drink in the evening to wind down. The hotel is in a area where their are a few restaurants close by so that was a plus. And the design of the room is also nice but I would call it “fake fancy” as it’s mostly for show and not for actual use.

Ho soggiornato per due notti in questo hotel e sono stata piacevolmente colpita. È distante circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Reykjavik, ma le strade per arrivarci sono molto accessibili e sicure per i pedoni. La stanza era dotata di tutto il necessario e anche di più: phon, lavastoviglie, pentole, Smart-tv, shampoo, bagnoschiuma. Il paesaggio che si vede è molto carino. Le procedure di check in e check out sono automatizzate e molto comode, si riescono a generare le proprie chiavi in maniera molto rapida e semplice. Lo consiglio!
