We had been wanting to try here for some time after seeing a recommendation What an absolutely stunning venue Felt like stepping back in time Warm welcome from the hotel reception she guided us to the dining room We approached the bar and was served by a very friendly blond lady who let me try the cider before I bought it. Cider was lovely. The lady went to find out if they had room for us in dining room as the evening was fully booked but as we were early they were able to fit us in. Lovely gentleman seated us to our table didn't catch his name but he had a Liverpool accent Service was friendly and professional Starters we shared the Welsh rarebit it was very good My husband had the fish and chips and I had the burger Everything was fresh hot and delicious The Stilton sauce we ordered was gorgeous Just a quick bite to eat tonight as we are so busy with work We would like to definitely come back when we have more time An overnight and spa would be perfect Thank you for the delicious food a wonderful service Kind Regards Sarah & Ross

Lunch with friends in St Leger bistro - a very friendly, characterful hotel and restaurant with a varied lunch menu. We chose from the Festive menu and were all very pleased with our food. The service was attentive, but we weren't rushed and there was plenty of time between courses.

Fantastic Spa package with overnight stay. The facilities are top level don’t think we have visited a better spa. The service is brilliant from all the team, especially Rhiannon on the front desk. Would highly recommend this is a must visit👌

SMyself and my wife stayed two nights for a Birthday Party whivch was held at the hotel. Everything was 100%. Staff more than helpful. Food great, service perfect. Room very good. Highly recommended in every aspect. We would definitely go back.

Best spa experience I’ve been to, my daughter and I had a lovely full day spa and overnight stay at Ye Olde Bell. Can’t fault it, we had a great time, the staff were very attentive, the amenities were fantastic and the treatments we had were wonderful. We will be going again!

Wonderful 2 night stay at Ye Olde Bell. The old buildings have such character and charm and are surrounded by beautiful gardens with the bonus of a large playing field and playground at the back of the car park. Super friendly staff always smiling and welcoming…a real home from home.

I booked a afternoon spa package which was use of the facilities and a half hour treatment which cost £140, i have been before with my sister and daughter and we were blown away with the service, food, facilities and amazing treatment so this time i went on my own for some me time. The massage was first, there was no music in the room to relax and the therapist seemed very inexperienced as the massage was very poor so i was very disappointed and it spoilt my day. The facilities were again lovely, the staff in the spa were ok certainly not the same standard we experienced previously. I'm afraid i wont be returning as my day would depend on which therapist you get, a lady i was chatting to said her husband had a wonderful massage by a more mature lady. Standards have dropped since our last visit,

Adequate room, though 3 steps down to the toilet are very tricky at night. Good food and service. Disappointed that pool costs extra. That is not stated anywhere. First time I have ever been asked to pay for using a pool. ............................................................................................................................................................

Enjoyed a fabulous twilight spa and overnight stay package. Every member of the team was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The facilities at the spa were great, including the bar service before entering the spa itself and we especially enjoyed the spa butler service! Our supper was perfect, not too heavy and tasted great. The number of people using the spa in the evening was just right, not too many but enough for them to be others to chat to. We stayed in a comfortable room and after relaxing for the evening , we were ready to turn in at 9.30pm. Breakfast the next morning was beaut, and again, the staff were all great. We headed back to the spa after a very straightforward check out and shared a double room for ‘best of both’ back massage and facials. The best treatment I’ve EVER had, the therapists were lovely and very thorough…and the massage beds were so comfy! All in all, a great experience, value for money and every staff member that we had contact with was outstanding and a true asset up the venue.
