The room was exactly what I needed. The kitchen was nice to have, but required an additional request from the staff for utensils and cooking gear. I think it would have been more convenient to have that material readily available.

Terrible in every way. 90% of the people who stay here are homeless and stay here for free. It’s like you are staying in a housing project and paying to do it.Place is filthy and over ran with roaches.Way to many people in rooms. Kids and dogs left in rooms alone . The **** smoke is constant. Parking lot is full of hoopties .Some run and some don’t .No security and police are here daily. If you are looking for a place to stay while you’re working or a vacation this is not the place for you! Do not even think about asking for anything.

The guy in the front desk was friendly and very helpful. We arrived very late at night and we stayed here because it is close to the airport. I noticed that he is the only one working so it was a bit difficult to get in touch with him when I came back to ask for something. I found him cleaning. The cleanliness is ok and I liked the amenities. You can actually cook as they have their kitchenette.

When I discovered there was no food in the breakfast area I notified the front desk, only to be told to come back tomorrow! Apparently, the concept on a daily breakfast escaped the management. I arrived an hour before the breakfast window ended. The TV also never worked. Someone did come into my room and try to fix it, but didn't succeed. An adjacent room had a problem with the toilet. I also like to note that the carpet was torn and dirty. I spent some time traveling around Northern Virginia and Maryland and stayed in three different motels. This was the shoddiest by far and the most expensive.

If you and your family want to stay in a clean room , do not book at this hotel. I am currently staying at the hotel, and have stayed in 3 different rooms. All badly cleaned and worn out!! It is obvious that housekeeping cleans the rooms only one time at checkout, and they are not supervised. Thus Management does not check the rooms for cleanliness prior to attributing the rooms to guests. Back to my experience. We are new in town, and have booked this hotel only because of its affordability. The first room was very old and dirty, room 221. The furniture was full of cat hair, the bathtub had soap scum as if someone had finished taking a shower, and the carpet in the closed smelled like urine. We stayed in this room only one night. The next day they moved us to another room because the toilet was overflowing. It happened over Memorial day weekend, and maintenance was not around to fix it. So, we were moved to room 222, the bathroom was not well cleaned, we went to Target and got cleaning supplies. I extended my reservation, and asked for a room with two full beds. Yesterday, they gave us room 231. As soon as I entered I noticed that the room had not been cleaned. The floors had no carpet , and had not been swept, there fingerprints all over microwave and counters. Bathroom was dirty with cracks on top of the bathroom closet. I refused to stay in this room, and now they gave us room 234. The microwave has burned stays, I sprayed the entire room with Lysol. At night , I could not sleep because I kept on being bitten. I had to spray bug repellent on my sheets. The brown curtains that cover the closet are clearly dirty, with blood stains on the back. My daughter keeps on saying " Momy somebody died in here! ". She likes to hide in the closet and I had to tell her not to because it is too disgusting and horrific!! At this point we already paid for 14 days. We booked directly with the hotel. If we could get our money back right away we would go to another hotel, because there are no clean rooms here. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. Do not belive the good reviews.

Zero Star. Extended Stay America Reston VA should cancel contract with CSC ServiceWorks. 50% of washers & dryers have not worked since December 2022. 50-50 if remaining machines work when paying with debit card. Debit card payment, impossible to date to receive refund.

Cleanliness of corridor is very pathetic, there are lots of stains, dirt & untidiness. There are insects, flies, cochroches & misquotos in room Management of this place must take action and make some effective sprays to make this place liveable.

Good place to stay with family and business people and staff is very friendly and especially Pawan and sharez very friendly and helpful with customers I really like to recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

If you can tolerate the looks of stains of who knows what on the outside walks and steps before you get to your room this is decent for a one night stay. *First be sure the toilet flushes.* There is nothing for extended stays so if you're traveling on business you won't be able to cook with, eat on or with, drink from. or clean with. The kitchen was bare except for one dish rag and one dish towel. That's it! The first room we were assigned... the one without a usable toilet... was smelly and creepy. The one we were reassigned to was clean. Oh! If you don't want to be woken up at midnight be sure to unplug the clock. Safe travels.
