Olde Mill House B&B & Bike2Wine Cycle Hire

What a beautiful property - our room was cozy and well equipped, and had a super comfy bed. We enjoyed the terrace outside of our room, and the hot tub on the shared deck. The continental breakfast each morning was generous. We were able to use the bikes to do some wine tasting, and Teresa had lots of tips and insight to make our stay relaxing. Thanks for a great time - would definitely recommend, and return when we’re in NZ again.

A truly delightful stay! If you want to stay in the heart of the wine region in Marlborough, this is the place for you. The property is charming (those gardens!), pristine, and super well equipped. The amount of thought that goes into your visit is really impressive. From the bathrobes and fluffy towels for you to use when enjoying the spa pool to the pickup and dropoff in Blenheim to the kitted out bicycles for Bike2Wine, Theresa and Ike have got you sorted. The breakfast is tasty and gets you nourished for a long day of biking and tasting, and the bed is really comfy for falling into after a day of eating and drinking. You should stay here!

The Olde Mill House is a perfect location for convenient and fun bike riding to loads of nearby wineries. Teresa and Ike were consummate hosts, picking us up from the airport, taking us to a winery when it was pouring rain, and returning us to the airport at the end of our stay. When our bikes got wet overnight, they pulled out dry ones for us! The bnb is ultra cozy (the fireplace was often lit as we were there in July, NZ winter) yet we still made use of our patio walkout for morning coffee. We used the hot tub almost every night. Teresa and Ike were super friendly and helpful and also gave us the space for us to enjoy ourselves. I wish I was still there for the morning croissants and espresso machine made coffee every morning- can't wait to go back!!!

We stayed 3 nights at the Olde Mill B&B, awesome place! Beautiful setting with outdoor areas to sit and relax, plus a great spa to enjoy after your cycle around the vines! Lovely comfortable bed, room was excellent as is the delicious continental breakfast serviced in the dining room. Hosts Teresa and Ike are the best, just so helpful with local knowledge and our bikes which are included with your stay were great to ride. We will be back !

Pro-tip: don't stay in Blenheim, stay here in Renwick, the heart of the wine scene. Ike and Teresa will take great care of you. It's complete one stop shopping: they also run a bike rental outfit, so your bikes are included in the room fee. You just wake up in the morning, have the delicious breakfast prepared by Teresa, and you're out the door on your bike, visiting and tasting at cellar doors, which are minutes from the Inn. Teresa can also give you great advice as to which wineries and restaurants to visit. Can't be beat!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay here with Teresa and Ike, what a lovely couple with two gorgeous girls. The house is immaculate, it has a beautiful olde world style that’s classy, comfortable, and spacious, and spotless. Our room had a lovely hard wood floor, plenty of space for our luggage, a small sofa and dressing table. So nice and and en suite of course. We loved it. Great that we could store our chilled goods in the communal fridge and there was tea and coffee to hand. I thought the communal lounge area was lovely too so if you are in groups this was a lovely place to meet or just meet new people. Lots of outdoor seating which was nice to chill. I didn’t use the hot tub or bbq but will do when we return hopefully. Breakfasts were delicious, so many options, from cereals to croissants and toast. We were all sat round the dining table so lovely to meet the other guests and swap winery stories. The bike wine tour was so much fun, Teresa was very helpful in giving advice on the tour, thank you. All amazing and we will be back.
