酒店提供了一間沒有熱水供應的房間，我們無法沖涼，退房時職員承諾會全數退回房間費用給我們，但最後竟然不兌現承諾，說沒有這件事，這樣的酒店服務質素及做生意的手法簡直令人氣憤，如果大家訂這酒店時，請切記三思，酒店9pm後沒有職員在，遇到任何問題都沒有人幫你解決，千萬不要上當

Bonjour,Nous avons récupéré nos clefs de l'hôtel nous sommes directement montés pour déposer nos valises nous avons directement ouvert la fenêtre car la chambre avait une odeur nauséabonde et nous somme parties manger dehors quelques heures plus tard l'odeur était encore la obligé de mettre du parfum pour camoufler l'odeur. La moquette dans les couloirs remplis de bourres de poussière qui se balade tel un virevoltant ( boule de paille qui roule dans les western ) Lit King size n'est pas un lit king size mais un 140 bien dur Départ vers 10h nous avons dû esquiver des tas de draps, d'aspirateur qui trainer dans le couloir. Pourtant le départ maximum est à 11h. Chambre poussiéreuse ne donne pas envie de rester ! Heureusement nous n'avions pris qu'une nuit. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

La chambre est propre avec une kitchenette le point négatif c'est que L'hôtel est très loin de la ville et le dernier bus est à 20h.

Easy parking. Well placed for motorways and for quick access to Reims centre and the route de champagne. Parking in Reims is fairly easy to find. Also bus service to centre very close by.( Rue Alberto Santos-Dumont Number 6.) You pay with cash for ticket. On arrival, reception was unstaffed. Got the email with info with keysafe code and room number after we arrived, so that was worrying as we thought we were locked out for the night. The room is pleasant enough and clean and unfussy. Fridge had no interior shelves, however, staff replaced the fridge for us! The fridge has a modest freezer section at the top. No ice cube maker, no sharp knife for chopping veg and, apparently, it is their policy not to provide one. No corkscrew. Cutlery of the cheapest quality. Frying pan but no fish slice or spatula. But, there is a coffee maker and a kettle! The hairdryer is the old fashioned hotel box-type fixed to the wall so hopeless if you have thick/long hair or want to style your hair. Take your own. The battery in the safe went dead and we could not open the safe. We were given a key instead. When we suggested they replace the battery they refused and said the key was the solution. So, we had to carry the key around with us, with the risk we lost it. However, it then occurred to us that it might be a universal key that would open every safe in the hotel!

Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations. We had been given a larger apartment than booked, to take four guests even though we were only a couple, so we had a spacious room with sliding panels separating the bedroom from the living room/kitchenette. The large sofa could be converted into another bed. The room was modern, tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchenette was fully equipped, having a hob and a microwave oven, ideal for preparing a simple dinner. There was even a kettle. There is not an abundance of restaurants in the area, so it is helpful to have these facilities. On a visit to the same hotel last year we had cause to complain about the cleanliness, so we were very pleased to see such a real improvement this time. This is all to the good as it is conveniently situated, close to the motorways skirting the south of Reims and within visiting distance from the city-centre. There is ample parking within the gated forecourt. When we arrived our reception was very friendly and helpful from the two gentlemen on duty. We noticed a large room prepared for breakfast. On the expectation of enjoying this same standard again, we will be back!

Stayed as a stopover on two occasions in the same week en route to Switzerland. Very comfortable clean hotel. The set meal we had was basic but it sufficed. The breakfasts we had were wholesome, and plenty of variety.

We have stayed at this apartment hotel several times and have always been well pleased. It is modern, nicely decorated with spacious rooms and conveniently located just to the south of the city of Reims and close to the A4/A26 motorways. It is situated in a relatively quiet, open area, with a gated car park and offers breakfast. For dinner, there are two or three restaurants within a 15 minute walk, or you prepare it yourself in your own kitchenette - which was the cause of our disappointment! It was dirty and poorly equipped. There were visible fat stains on the walls and hob, the inside of the microwave was badly stained and needed replacing, cutlery was missing, there were no tea towels or cleaning cloths, no kettle, the coffee machine was archaic and unusable and there was only one chair for our double room. Nor would we give high marks for the cleanliness of the room itself and outside carpeted corridors. Oh, and the plug in the bathroom washbasin no longer held back the water! Such a disappointing change from our earlier visits! When we raised these points with the receptionist in the morning she curtly replied that we should have mentioned them on arrival. But such things only become apparent as you go along and with such a litany of defects we didn’t hold out much hope of getting anything better. It’s a shame that, so often, smart new hotel chains that start so well, slowly begin to lack attention to regular inspection, maintenance and cleanliness, which are what guests will notice most. To end on a positive note, the male receptionist on duty when we arrived was very welcoming.

I made my reservation through *******, I did it around 10pm because I was arriving in the city and there were no hotels available. I got my confirmation email however when I arrived at the hotel, I did not have the password to enter the parking lot, I did not have the password to enter the facilities. I never got any of that information; there were no employees to attend me, they didn't answer the phone and much less the mail. It results that the employees are until 7pm and if you make the reservation after that time, you no longer have the information to be able to use your reservation. Then why do you allow to make reservations? They did not agree to return my money even though I did not even enter the facilities. I spent my money without receiving the service. Also there was a sign saying not to leave your belongings inside your room, awful service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
