Redditch North (A441)

Stayed here a few times. Lovely spacious family rooms with everything we need. Lovely staff members that make you feel welcome and help if needed. Happy with out stay and will stay again soon. Wifi is a bit slow and phone signal is not strong but that is the only down side.

Travelling for a funeral which was literally opposite the hotel so very convenient. Bed very large and comfy, pillows a bit firm for us. Very clean room and bathroom. Evening meal excellent and breakfast good. Room quite warm but could use air con to cool it down.

Rooms way too hot, windows don't open and the only ventilation is an intermittent 60 decibel air pump which makes sleep somewhat difficult. It is possible to switch this off though: undo the catches on the vent panel and the cover falls down on a hinge. Climb on the chair and you'll see the isolation switch in the ceiling... Solves the problem immediately. Extra beds very uncomfortable and too small. TV remote didn't work; neither did the replacement. Depending on your point of view, delightful views of either the dual carriageway or the graveyard. The attached restaurant is really poor. Permanent queues at the door to be seated, long waits for food. If you like meat, you'll have plenty of choice. Vegetarian or vegan or kosher or halal options limited to non existent. Saw the manager berating member of staff for something in the middle of the restaurant - a totally undignified way to treat staff. Breakfast is typical premier inn stuff. Plenty of choice. Soya milk available. I've stayed in worse places, but not many.

Good location and easy to park, Beefeater next door and Sainsbury's opposite catered for all our needs before hitting the road for our days out to Cadburys World and Midlands Safari Park as well as Attwell Farm Park. The service was great and our room clean and comfortable. The bath filled up quick and the shower was good. Exactly what we wanted.

I've stayed at a few Premier Inns but this one was one of the best. The room was clean, fresh and the bathroom was spotless. The guys on reception when I checked in were very friendly. I wish I could have stayed another night! I will certainly be staying there again.

I look to stay in Premier Inns (ideally with free parking) when I'm away because I know pretty much what to expect. I certainly wasn't disappointed on this occasion. My check in experience was very smooth and the check in clerk professional, welcoming and friendly. My room was spacious and clean with everything working as it should. I was delighted to see a bath rather than just a shower in the bathroom and at the end of what had been a busy day I enjoyed a luxurious soak in the bath which was blissful! I and my friends took advantage of the meal deal and enjoyed a delicious and sociable late evening meal at the Beefeater next door. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and the food was good. The breakfast at the Beefeater the next morning was pretty good though the fried eggs and black pudding were overcooked and the tomatoes a little undercooked. The continental breakfast selection was good and the hot drinks machine great. All in all the breakfast represented good value for money, especially as part of the meal deal (dinner plus breakfast). The free parking at the hotel was an added bonus which I really appreciated. I'd happily stay at this hotel again.
