i was already booking through trip.co apps and the money had already been deducted through the bank acc, but when i got to the hotel, they said that they did not receive any booking from trip.com, and they said that the hotel was already full. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this kind of service. this is my first time booking through trip.co apps and i will no longer use these apps. before this i used agoda and everything went smoothly. i don't know if these apps are really disappointing like this or it's just me being unlucky. I am very disappointed. I tried to contact trip.co but I did not find the customer service button. very bad!
