El hotel Acacia es un hotel de calidad. Las instalaciones son adecuadas, la unidad de dormitorio era la tamaño correcto, el restaurante coreano se sirvió cerca de la comida auténtica de Seúl, y el personal de la casa y el hotel siempre respondieron rápidamente a cada una de nuestras solicitudes, El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los mejores de los que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad. Definitivamente conseguirá que mi familia se quede aquí otra vez.

I hope my feedback will reaches the owner and management. During our stay we had a good experience at BM beach hotel and Long Beach campground.We carefully observed the cleanliness, service and safety of your hotel, and the best was especially lifeguard Amanullah is very friendly, active, professional manner, Amanullah always kept the environment at the beach very clean and helped us whenever we went to the beach, giving us sunbeds, umbrellas, etc. without telling us.When he started doing sustainable maintenance, the environment looked very beautiful and our whole family was surprised him. (Safety) Amanullah ensure the safety guidelines and policy he always gave my brother directions on which area were safe to swim and which area were not ,that is absolutely we feel safer here . ( Beach and pool ⛱️) We have traveled to many hotels, and this hotel's beach is very beautiful and clean. The Sands was looks very good. (Activity) There's so many activity this hotel especially I liked most them volleyball game. (Food) The food was delicious and drink's I would like to encourage everyone to come here and enjoy your vacation And above all, thank you very much to Lifeguard Amanullah and the hotel owner and management your hospitality and safety.👍👍 Definitely we will comeback again here soon.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread, big comfy beds, laundry facility is a huge plus. Would want to make a special mention of Winthu, from house keeping, who did an excellent job of ensuring that my room was spic and span at all times. One of the most hard working employees that I have come across and would request the management to please convey my appreciation to him.

The hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.
