BM Beach Hotel

We stayed here for a week and also caught New Year's Eve. We arrived at the hotel quite late, after 22.30 and we didn't get dinner (having all-inclusive). We had the reservation for a Rustic Premium room, but when we got to the room we had the unpleasant surprise of seeing that we were given a lower room, which looked terrible (dirty carpet, walls with plaster falling off and horrible bathroom). We went to the reception and showed them the reservation documents again, and the next day we would be given another room according to the paid reservation. The new room was clean, recently renovated. The windows in both rooms were as if non-existent. You could hear any outside noise (the people from the hotel terrace, the cars passing by on the street, the service at the mosque next to the hotel, every morning at 6 o'clock), which made us hardly able to rest at all. At the beach and at the pool, the drinks were at your discretion and the food at the restaurant was buffet style, pretty much the same every day and 80% of the food was quite spicy, not having many options for children. 95% of the tourists staying here are Russian, including the entertainment staff which rarely spoke English. A lot of cats at this hotel (both in the hotel, on the beach, in the restaurant and at the pool). Every evening there was a different entertainment program (belly dance, disco, fire show, miss hotel, etc.) on the terrace in the inner garden. On New Year's Eve, there were no live fireworks, but only projected on a TV. A few minutes' walk away, you could also find shops and outlets. In the near future they will also have water slides, now they were working on the construction of the swimming pool. The sand, on the other hand, was wonderful: fine, orange and a very large layer. All in all, we were quite disappointed with our experience at this hotel, regarding the accommodation conditions and the lack of diversity in the food. For the boy's birthday, we received a mini cake in the room.

We had a wonderful stay and the hotel staff was so friendly Aaesha was such a lovely lady she is such a wonderful lady would highly recommend her if you visit We had a lovely staycation the hotel has the best beach ever mashallah let’s not forget the scenery

Our staycation was at longbeach Campground and hotel. We great experience there, The beach is very nice and The infinite pool view was amazing. Their staff was friendly especially lifeguard Amanullah.He is very active and professional. We recommend to come here for vacation. Thank you lifeguard Amanullah your hospitality

We have been vacationing for 2 weeks, a great hotel))))) the food is good, meat, fish, fruits, everything is fresh)))clean beach, stunning sea, sauna and slides on site))))active entertainment, water aerobics, dancing with Kristina, mini disco, evening shows))) there are many shops nearby, there is a place to walk)))

This first time I come vist ras elkheimah and it will be not last time because we get a very nice holiday in BM beach hotel❤️❤️ Everything there it's clear there have a 2 swimming pool and slide pool iand beach it was very nice there the lifeguards all the time cleaning and maked the area clear specially AHMED and Amr very good lifeguards❤️❤️ And entertainment it was amazing specially MEMO he all the time with us and he do many activities all the time really it was very nice holiday ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you everybody there❤️❤️
