Quality Inn Patria Suites, Rajkot

My recent stay at Quality Inn, Patria Suites in Rajkot, Gujarat, was a truly refreshing experience, especially when compared to a disappointing stay we had at another hotel. Our trip was a mix of leisure, religious visits, and business, and I can confidently say that Quality Inn was the highlight of our travels and stay in Rajkot. One of the most notable features of Quality Inn, Patria Suites is that it is a pure vegetarian establishment, offering a variety of delicious meal options throughout the day. Their in-house restaurants served a great selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices, making it easy to find something to enjoy. As a vegetarian, I was especially pleased with the quality and variety of the meals offered. Originally, we planned to stay just one night before continuing our journey, but after such a wonderful experience, we ended up returning for a second stay two days later. The room was comfortable and it had all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The room service was excellent, and both the housekeeping and restaurant staff were always eager to assist us with anything we needed. What really made our time at Quality Inn so memorable, however, was the exceptional customer service. Tulsi and Nayna at the front desk were always polite, respectful, and professional, even during their busiest times. Additionally, Mr. Ashok Raval (Front office Supervisor at the Hotel) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He took care of our travel and transport arrangements, often at short notice. After returning to Quality Inn from a trip, Mr. Ashok Raval personally handled an issue relating to another Hotel who were unable to process our payment and were causing unnecessary inconvenience. We are deeply grateful for Mr. Ashok’s efforts and kindness. Quality Inn, Patria Suites in Rajkot was an absolute delight, with wonderful staff, delicious vegetarian meals, and outstanding service. I will definitely return during my next visit to Rajkot and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay in the area.

Prompt service with familiar atmosphere, comfortable Rooms with every corner is very neat and clean, Best location, staff is well trained and cooperative, very good place for value for money. Wonderful coat yard, Yummy food, crystal clear swimming pool.

Rooms are clean and spotless. Service is very friendly and welcoming. Overall relaxing experience. Location is convenient in the heart of the city Swimming pool is clean and well kept. Steam room wasn't working when we visited.. Gym was also well equipped

I had an excellent experience at this hotel and the front desk staff was exceptional—friendly, professional @priya and nena. And i also like food, pool, gym and other amenities.. I’ll definitely recommending this hotel to friends and family!

We stayed at Patria Suites for a day and initially had a good experience. The room we were first given had a very low bed, which made it difficult for the elderly in our group to use. We requested a change, and the day staff kindly arranged a new room without any issues—something we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience took a negative turn at night. At around 12:45 AM, the night duty staff called the ladies’ room and rudely questioned how we had changed rooms. Despite us politely explaining that the change was made earlier in the day by the staff, he continued to speak in an unpleasant tone before finally accepting it. This disrupted our sleep and left us shocked by the lack of courtesy. While the hotel itself is nice and the day staff was helpful, such behavior from the night staff was disappointing. Management should ensure better communication between shifts and proper staff training to handle guests respectfully at all hours.

Great place for a family to stay while in Rajkot. Front Desk, Housekeeping, Swimming Pool upkeep, Restaurant, all are excellent. Safe and comfortable place to stay. Car parking and security are good. All in all, we would highly recommend.
