«The staff were naturally very courteous, not artificial like in many big hotels. The hotel is ideally located. The room is very good, not excellent since some of the furniture and fittings in washroom are getting old and will not give excellent feeling. Still enjoyed the comfortable stay in the room and its coziness.
Definitely, some of the fixtures and fittings in the washroom need replacement to make the hotel exceptional in all aspects.
The food was excellent and tasty. Enjoyed it very much including the excellent morning complimentary breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were also very courteous except one waiter.
Finally, the parking area is also very good with very helpful staff.
Our family always prefers to go this hotel only, whenever we happen to stay at Rajahmundry.»
