Le Jardin Resort and Spa

My stay at Le Jarden was disappointing. The food quality was poor, with the same gravy used for veg and non-veg dishes, and we even found hair in the poha. The check-in/check-out process was rigid, the cleanliness was terrible, and bed bugs made the night unbearable. The swimming pool had sharp edges, the medical emergency box was not ready, and there weren’t enough staff for proper service. Needs serious improvement.

I recently stayed at Le Jarden, and I wanted to share my experience in the hope that it helps improve your services. Unfortunately, my visit was not as pleasant as expected. - The food quality was below standard, with the same gravy used for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Additionally, we found hair in the poha, which raised serious hygiene concerns. - The check-in and check-out times were rigid, making scheduling difficult. - Cleanliness was a major issue. Our room was not properly prepared, and the bedding appeared used. Worse still, there were bed bugs, which made for an uncomfortable night. - The property lacked adequate staff, leading to slow service. A medical emergency kit was not readily available, causing a 15–20 minute wait. - Despite having a turf, no playing equipment was provided. - The swimming pool also requires maintenance, particularly the sharp edges, which pose a safety risk. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed for future guests.

i recently stayed at la jardin resort and spa in karjat and had a mixed experience. the rooms and the surrounding premises were absolutely stunning—well-maintained, clean, and truly relaxing. the lush greenery and serene ambiance added to the charm, making it a perfect getaway spot. however, i found the food to be on the pricier side, and the portion sizes left much to be desired. while the food quality was decent, it could definitely be improved for the price being charged. additionally, the room service was disappointingly slow, which detracted from the overall experience. if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great rooms and a lovely atmosphere, this resort delivers. however, if food and prompt service are a priority, there’s some room for improvement.

Good location. Property is right on the road. Swimming pool is good. Other amenities need upkeep and maintenance. Service from Mr. Akhil was great. Room had an outstanding view! We had chosen pool-side view and our room was on 2nd floor. Some staff was on leave so housekeeping and room service got impacted.

Room infra good, maintenance not upto the mark, inhouse room services need improvement. Quality of food is good, service is delayed. Property is not as shown Not worth the amount paid. Staff is good. Property location is good, but the water logging at the entrance should be taken care of.

Not matching pictures, too pricey for what was offered. Rooms were dated.
