This is a Worst and Terrible property this is not a 3 star resort but property run by GOONS UNEDUCATED STAFF. they have no qualification in hotel management or certification hospitality ROOMS: are congested and dark, poor lighting so that we cant see the dirt . the bed sheets are not clean . FOOD; is pathetic there is just one gravy for all dishes so if order butter chicken the same gravy with two spoons of butter will come.....:0) STAFF: is always on mobile surfing . if ask for help they do a favor .they have no qualification in hotel management or certification hospitality. if you have a expensive car and tip of the staff members others get jealous and all hell break lose . i did the mistake of tipping the bell boy who got my luggage to the car with 100 rupees . then with a minute other staff member saw and started complaining about stains on some wort less towel (photo attached). and demanded fine 500 rupees . actually i found it funny we paid just so i can write this review how they extort money from you . they don't even know why towels are used for . such quality towels are kept on bathroom door floor to wipe you feet in proper resort . if you have family and flaunt you money don't go to shady place this not resort it is just a property with rooms run by money extorts. .

We went on a family trip to this hotel. The good thing is that the hotel is nearby the beach, but you need to cross a cemetery to get to the beach. However, the hotel is smaller than depicted on the website. The staff are not professional; during check-in, they informed us that any damage in the room would require payment. Additionally, there is no kids' swimming pool. The food is also average; we ordered prawns, but they were frozen. Moreover, while playing, my daughter got injured on a ladder as a worn metal piece hit her leg badly. They should review all such small things during maintenance. Overall, the stay was good, but they should employ professional staff and address maintenance issues promptly.

Very good and cosy place for family. The property is small but offers sufficient private space. Food here is very good, especially sea food. Room service is efficientand quick. Staff is friendly and courteous. Beach is 7/8 minutes walking distance.

Neat and clean rooms esp the wooden cottages were very comfy, Excellent food order anything in the menu and it's extremely good Saturday night live music was a chery in the icing Courteous and friendly staff they would call us and ask if we will be having our dinner in house or not, liked that personal touch as well And moreover very close to the beach Will want to visit again

Hotel west coast is the only hotel in the vicinity of Nagaon is good hotel to stay, clean, comfortable stay. Other than that nothing is good. Beach is far away, dirty beach, worst food in the hotel which will make you sick. Sea food is basically stale and that will trouble your stomach. Mistake we did is to plan Alibag trip where there are no beach resorts. Surely this was my last Alibag trip. Avoid eating at restaurant and eat outside nearby restaurants

From stay to facilities the Hotel gave us the best experience. The room cleanliness, service, games and the excellent variety of food they offer is class of its own. We luckily got 2 rooms in this season when all properties were full. We as whole family ***** with my brother’s kids enjoyed to the core. The entire hotel staff was superb and very cooperative. Next time we are gonna try the Villas.

I had booked this resort after having a disappointing stay for the 1st night in Alibaug. To my surprise this resort just perfect for our holiday. we were booked in a cottage right opposite to the pool. the service was prompt. Food was amazing and not to forget the quick service. Breakfast too was sufficiently spread. very co-operative staff. it has all, the pool, kids play area, indoor games, hammock, garden and so on. If you are opting for Nagaon beach then this is the hotel.
