In the hamlet Lukoni 3 km from the centre of Brtonigla, 7 km from the centre of Buje, 7 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a quiet position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 26 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Villa Lucky is tucked away in a small village. The house is very well maintained and the outdoor area is great. The landlady is always ready and very friendly.

The house has been very well maintained, as well as the grounds in the pool. The owners are very nice and always helpful. We would spend our vacation here again at any time.

very nice clean house with pool, we felt very comfortable. The landlords live right next door and are very nice and attentive. Perhaps the kitchen could use a little more crockery, but we managed. The house is fairly quiet, so just the thing to relax.
