El hotel está muy bien situado para utilizar el transporte público, ya que está muy cerca del parada de la “North Avenue” de MRT3 (que es actualmente el parada final en la línea MRT3, que conduce desde allí hacia el sur a lo largo de la autopista EDSA). Otra línea de transporte público, LRT1, también puede llegar a pie, sólo que la estación más cercana “Roosevelt” se cerró a finales de noviembre/al principio de diciembre de 2021, por lo que tomará un tiempo para caminar más lejos hasta la parada final de la línea, “Balintawak”. En la actualidad se está construyendo una nueva línea cerca del hotel, que creo que se denominará MRT7, dando aún más conexiones con el transporte público (al este, fuera de Quezon City / Metro Manila). A veces he oído ruido de noche desde el exterior, a unos 30 minutos a pie del Parque Ninoy Aquino, un lugar tranquilo con animales y lugares para picnic, o simplemente descansar del ruido de la ciudad. We recently stayed at Seda Hotel for my daughter’s school event, and I needed to accompany her. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. We booked 1 room with 2 single bed,and both were nice and clean, although they did not have bathtub. Despite this, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both excellent, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Overall, our experience at Seda Hotel was very positive, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and accommodating place to stay.

La piscina es muy grande, tiene 3 conjuntos de piscinas. No hay tan grande piscina para adultos, pero suficiente para que nadie nada por varios yardas. Hay 2 piscinas para los niños. También hay varios bancos disponibles. La buena cosa sobre este lugar es que tiene Gim. El gimnasio es suficiente para que no pierda su jogging por la mañana. Un par de carretillas esperan dentro y es equipado con máquinas y un conjunto de campanas estúpidas. La habitación es limpia, pero que agradable considerando que este hotel no es nuevo. Hay un tubo que le permite relajarse y si quiere pasar horas sumergiéndose con agua caliente. El agua caliente y la merluza también está disponible en el lavabo. También hay un refrigerador y un calefactor de agua donde puedes tener unas bebidas refrigeradas y tener un café por la tarde o por la mañana.

Here are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

I booked this property for my best friend and his family, and they described it as a charming boutique hotel in Quezon City that exceeded all their expectations. The impeccable service provided, especially by Red from reservations, ensured that my request was handled seamlessly. Highly recommended!

Had a nice overall stay here. Super love how the guard would always smile at me whenever I'm going in or out the lobby. Staff are also nice, but some just don't really greet me so I felt like they don't care about their guests or just me (Lol) Regarding the room, I booked a standard twin bed room and the space is just perfect and comfortable. It has a dinette, a dresser, cabinets, and smart TV. Aircon also works well. The cr comes with cold and hot water. The hot water tho takes a lot of time before heating up. Toothbrush, slippers, bottled waters and soaps are complimentary. Lastly, the breakfast, it's free so I don't have much expectation about it, but it's delicious regardless. But if you're stomach isn't for rice in the morning, they don't have much options as substitute.

La ubicación es buena ya que está bastante cerca de la estación MRT. La habitación está limpia y es grande. Conseguí el lugar a un precio asequible. El único problema es su conexión WiFi, tiene problemas en ese momento y el personal no puede resolverlo, así que terminé usando mis datos pero aún así, la señal no es buena. Aunque el personal es amable y accesible, intentaron ayudarme a conectar otro WiFi en el vestíbulo y usar la sala de estar, ya que tengo una reunión de negocios con equipos de MS, incluso el problema no se resolvió.

Parking was a challenge. We got lost but then we called the hotel number to ask for help and they were able to direct us to the parking. They don't have concierge to help with your bags but they let you borrow the trolley to transport with your bags. Check-in was quick. They had free 250php voucher in the grab and go, and as an Accor member, we had welcome drinks. It's a no frills kinda budget friendly hotel but has amazing amenities. The room space is well thought of, with bright hues and hip designs. It has the basics you need (mini ref, cups and water kettle), luggage rack and open closet, it has the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, handsoap, toothbrush), also has face towel, bath towel. I also love that their toilet (with bidet) and shower are separate. They are also eco friendly since they provide you with a water pitcher and in the hallway near the elevators, you can get hot/cold/room temp drinking water. Their buffet was rumored to be good so we checked the Streats restaurant and saw that there were seafood, sashimi, unli drinks, and desserts, we decided to have dinner there and we loved the food quality and service (shout out to Joseph, hope I remembered his name correctly). Must try their homemade marshmallows with chocolate sauce. I hope they add more variety to the cheese, there was only one kind. Roast beef also looked dry. Complimentary Breakfast is also good. Loved the omelet station. We weren't able to go to their roof deck as we were really tired and took a nap, when we woke up it's already closed. We tried to swim in the morning after breakfast in the rooftop infinity pool but it was too bright for us night owls haha. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the price. Service is good. I would stay again in this hotel.

Our second time staying here. Location is really great. Beds are comfortable. Friendly staffs. And good breakfast buffet.

La ubicación era buena por la razón por la que viajaba. Si lo tuyo es ir de compras, también estaba conectado con el Galleria Mall y a una corta distancia a pie del gigante SM Mega Mall. El personal era amable y servicial (como debe ser) y el buffet de desayuno era el típico (aunque evita los pasteles ya que estaban muy secos). Las habitaciones no son modernas. Los muebles parecían ser de principios de los 2000 o finales de los 90, por lo que no eran tan bonitos como me hubiera gustado. Probablemente lo principal que no me gustó fue el olor extraño en la habitación. No estaba mal, solo un olor a humedad viejo que era constante. También maté una pequeña cucaracha en la mesa auxiliar. No es un gran problema para mí, pero puede ser un problema para otros viajeros. El gimnasio (con buenos y abundantes equipos) y la piscina se comparten con el Holiday Inn de al lado. El Crowne Plaza está bien, y lo recomendaría, pero es un lugar antiguo y algunas partes se sienten como un establecimiento de 3 estrellas.
