SSHAINAI had a fantastic stay at Seda Vertis North from February 8-12 while on a business trip. The Corner Suite was spacious, modern, and had everything I needed—a comfortable king-sized bed, a well-lit work desk, and fast WiFi that made working from the hotel effortless. The floor-to-ceiling windows gave me a beautiful city view, which was a nice touch after a long day of meetings.
One of the best parts of my stay was the exclusive lounge access—a quiet and comfortable space where I could work, enjoy refreshments, and unwind in between tasks. The location was also a big plus, as it was close to business centers, restaurants, and shopping malls.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and I appreciated the well-maintained gym and pool, which allowed me to relax and recharge.
Overall, Seda Vertis North was the perfect home base for my business trip—comfortable, convenient, and well-managed. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

UUsuario invitadoThere’s no doubt the location is awesome because it is accessible to all the restaurants and to the mall. However, the service is not good. I requested 3 times with different requests each time and no one came to our room. The elevator sucks, it was consistently only 2 lift are working throughout our stay and is always full due events and elevator are not in sync which makes us wait 15-30mins each time. It is frustrating. Hopefully they practice express checkout as well.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The hotel is ideally situated in Quezon City, close to dining hotspots, entertainment venues, and business areas, making it perfect for both leisure and work-related trips. The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a budget-friendly option. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with all the basics, and the hot water supply was reliable. Though the hotel doesn’t provide a restaurant, it’s surrounded by numerous eateries offering a variety of cuisines within walking distance, so dining was never an issue. The lobby had a minimalist yet welcoming design, and the 24/7 front desk staff were always available to assist with any queries or requests, showing a genuine willingness to help.
For those traveling by car, the on-site parking was a convenient bonus. The hotel also has strong Wi-Fi, which made staying connected easy throughout my visit. Security is another aspect worth mentioning; the building felt safe, with keycard access required to enter both the elevator and rooms.
Overall, the Hop Inn Timog is an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers who don’t want to compromise on cleanliness, comfort, or location. While it doesn’t offer luxury amenities, it delivers exactly what it promises: a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quezon City and will undoubtedly return on my next trip to the area.

I stayed at this hotel with my four siblings. Initially, I booked a premium room for two people because I expected only one of my siblings to join me. However, plans changed, and all four of us ended up coming. When we arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., I approached the front desk to request an upgrade to a room that could accommodate five people. I was informed that no such room was available, so I agreed to book an additional suite room (Suite Two), which could accommodate three more people.
I appreciated that the hotel placed both rooms next to each other—a thoughtful arrangement that made it easier for my older sister and me to look after our three teenage siblings.
We were aware that check-in was at 2 p.m. and were willing to wait. Since it was a holiday (Lenten season), most nearby establishments, like malls, were closed. The front desk initially encouraged us to go out and explore, but I gently reminded them it was a holiday and most places would be closed. Eventually, they allowed us to wait in the lobby, and we were pleasantly surprised when they let us check in early at 1 p.m., which we really appreciated.
The front desk staff were approachable and polite during both check-in and our stay. However, we experienced some issues with communication. When I called to order food, I clearly requested seven cups of plain steamed rice, two pitchers of service water, carbonara, two sticks of chicken barbecue, and beef tapa. I specifically asked that all rice—including the one that comes with the beef tapa—be plain steamed rice. The male clerk repeated the order and confirmed all the details.
However, when the food arrived, we only received two cups of rice, one of which was garlic rice, and the rest of the order was incomplete. The pitchers of water were also forgotten and only empty glasses were delivered. I had to call again and follow up several times until the order was completed. I didn’t get angry or raise my voice, but I was genuinely disappointed. Everyone stayed calm, but the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail.
The Suite Two room was spacious and satisfying, but we were surprised to find a cockroach crawling on the floor, which my brother had to kill and dispose of.
The premium room was quite narrow, but the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
The telephone in Suite Two had an issue with the volume. At first, I thought there was no dial tone, but later realized the volume was just extremely low—we could barely hear the person on the other end, and the phone didn’t ring audibly.
The shower in one of the rooms had no curtain, although there was a rod for one. After my sister showered, the bathroom floor got soaked. We weren’t provided with floor towels, which was concerning since we had younger siblings who could easily slip. I called for assistance, and while the staff responded, they arrived without the necessary tools and had to return multiple times. As for amenities, the room for three had only two slippers, and the room for two had none. This felt a bit lacking, as we expected a more thoughtful provision of basic items.
A consistent issue we faced was the drop-off location. Whenever our Grab drivers would drop us off at the hotel, they seemed frustrated due to confusion over the signage. The signage directing drivers to the drop-off area was placed in a way that led drivers to believe it was the exit, rather than the entrance. This caused some inconvenience, as drivers would end up at the wrong location and have to turn around, adding unnecessary frustration to their experience.

UUsuario invitadoI have a prepaid reservation at Trip com. This is my very first time to book in this hotel and the price is so competitive within the Cubao area. I arrived at 1pm and requested if I can checkin earlier than 2pm because I have a seminar to attend at Araneta Center but the male staff refused to accommodate my request and rather asked me if I am willing to pay an early checkin charges. I asked if I can leave my backpack instead and check in later after the seminar but again he refused to allow me to do so. According to him, they don't have that type of service to allow the guests to leave their luggage at the front desk for the meantime if the guest arrived earlier than the check in time. Wow, what kind of hotel is this that doesn't have luggage storage. It was off to me at first. Good enough the male manager on duty offered me a room immediately and I was able to leave my luggage quickly inside the room catching my schedule for the seminar. Thanks for delighting your hotel guests as such through quick and excellent decision making for outstanding customer service.
The room is amazingly clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels are crisp and freshly laundered. It is well lighted including the bathroom. There's available toiletries and pairs of slippers. Only the tv set wasn't working at that time but overall, there's nothing more I can complain for my accommodation. I have a very good night sleep. I feel safe during my stay and the location is very close to MRT Araneta Cubao station where good malls are only walking distance.

Big room. No blanket. Only a thin bed sheet put over you. I'm asking for a thick blanket. I have to pay an extra 100P for another thin bed sheet, so I didn't bother. Breakfast included was OK. It's Filipino breakfast. Said on menu juice of coffee. But they never had juice. The food (rice) was cold and wet on my 2nd day. On my last day they didn't bring my breakfast for 50 mins. I had to ask the reception again.
They got pool, but I can't use the pool during my stay because they maintain it for 3 days 🙄
It would be better if the hotel could give guests a couple of water every day during their stay.
The location is good, on a quiet street. 12 mins walk to all the malls around.
Overall, my staying there was nice except for some reason above-mentioned. I didn't watch TV. For some reason, it turned on by itself at 6AM 😅

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
