Had to stay an extra night in Queenstown, due to a weather event. Booked Quality Inn, using new TRIP app. Everything went very smoothly from then on. Green Cabs dropped us to door in pouring rain, staff were pleasant, friendly, sorted room, spa and dinner reservations in a jiffy. Monika stands out, with her pleasant smile and blue hair :-) Didn't catch the name of the tall gentleman on the bar, and also waited on our table at dinner. Opened Bar early, so we could enjoy a wee drink before dinner. Had a nice wine selection. Good variety of GF meals and snacks. Even organised Green Cabs again the next morning to get our flight. All in all a great stay, and we will be back.

房間很乾凈，也很大，牛奶是可以續的，可惜自己買了一些就沒怎麼喝。
主要是，景色太好了！！！一般不用浴缸，也忍不住一邊浴缸spa一邊看外面風景了…
晚上在陽台上還看到了銀河和錯過了一點的極光！
簡直完美！
如果可以的話下次一定要多住幾天。

We love the lake view from the balcony. Though it is not within walking distance from the town centre, it’s nevertheless tranquil and serene. There’s a ferry service, at a cost, to and from the town centre. Customer service officers from Hilton would be more than happy to share more on this.
We like the morning breakfast though you really should be prepared to wait if it’s during the peak hours. I love their real honeycomb. What a treat that was!
Spread wise could have been wider, but quality is decent.
We enjoyed the friendly service by Hilton. We only stayed for one night, but would be happy if I had more time there.
Overall, a very good stay there.

Swiss Belsuites was our favourite accommodation across the 9 accommodations we stayed during our holiday in New Zealand! We absolutely love how spacious the place is. Huge cooking space with a comfortable living room with a large L-shaped sofa made for many nights in to cook our own dinner, which was made even easier with the provision of two dishwashing machines and almost every cooking equipment/cutleries you may need. It is also the only accommodation where we got to enjoy using a smart TV where we could easily use our own subscription accounts (via scanning QR codes) to stream videos during our dinners. The bedroom is also really comfortable and the toilet was very clean as well. We also had our washing machine and dryer, which was really useful as we were in New Zealand for two weeks. The best part of our stay was the view of Lake Wakitipu which we could enjoy from our living room. Was such a great stay that we were so sad to check out at the end. Highly recommended!!

We stayed two nights the room had lots of space tv was great had enough variety of channels to keep us entertained. The downside was that the room was really hot for two nights but we did ask for a fan and they sent one to the room so that helped a lot.

Location was good, really near the main shops area
Cons: the hotel informed there was no parking available as their carpark was full and it was first come first serve. So guests are expected to circle the hotel vicinity for a lot when they arrive? Especially when it’s stated that parking is available onsite.
Front desk staff was really rude with an attitude. She suggested street parking but I told her I wasn’t comfortable with parallel parking and she just got really rude with a take it or leave it attitude. We booked two rooms but she only gave one room’s card and I had to remind her for the other room’s card.
Anyways. The hotel is a maze where we had to take lift to a different level, walk to a different building and take another lift to get to the room. Abit creepy for solo travellers.
Overall; the rooms are well maintained but beware of the lack of parking + rude staff

The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent.
When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful.
We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation.
The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park.
The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust.

BBingBlinkLyLo Queenstown locates at good location! There are many famous restaurants nearby there. You just take around 5 mins to go to Ferg family by walking. I think the kitchen is quite small because have users a lot but everything is clean, also bathroom.

TTA very beautiful hotel which needs a bit of uphill walk for about 15 mins from the town centre. There're no shops restaurants in the neighbourhood but one can eat at its restaurant or room service. The room itself is very spacious, clean, well equipped and our room overlooks the lake which is great. The pickup point for Milford Sound tour we joined is along the street in front of the hotel (Stanley Street).
I tried the buffet breakfast which is so so with limited choices.
Overall I love this hotel especially the price is great compared with other hotels at the very central location.

UUsuario invitadoEnjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, good sized room and nice and quiet even though we overlooked the road. We have stayed here a couple of times before and notice that it is starting to show its age but that said its clean and is being fairly well maintained . The lodge style that it used to have has been eroded with a big TV over the fireplace and loud music playing in the bar, so its not a place to sit and relax, which is a shame. The room was a little on the cold side as there is a vent near the door that blows out icy cold air so you have to have the heat pump on which then dries you out but there was an extra blanket so its pretty cosy once you are in bed. When I asked for an extra pillow a selection of 4 different kinds got delivered which was great and the service was excellent. Parking was free, which is a bonus as most places charge. Despite the very minor negatives we would stay here again.

NNelUna gran experiencia para una mujer que viaja sola.
Ventajas
Compartí un dormitorio femenino con otras tres mujeres y lo pasé genial conociendo a las que entraban y salían. El baño compartido siempre estaba limpio (lo limpiaban a diario).
La cocina común es amplia y está bien organizada. Se pueden usar los condimentos que se dejen. Como todavía hacía frío, siempre hay chimeneas encendidas tanto en la recepción como en la sala común. Esto crea un ambiente muy acogedor.
El mejor servicio que recibí fue en el mostrador de información, ubicado en la recepción. Como no tenía tarjeta de crédito y los negocios como Snowbiz en la ciudad no aceptan efectivo, pude pagar los forfaits y el alquiler de esquí reservando en el mostrador de atención al cliente (tienen un lector de tarjetas y también aceptan efectivo).
Desventajas
En esta parte del hostal donde estaba mi habitación hay mucho ruido, ya que hay barras abajo, a pesar de que la puerta corredera está insonorizada. No todas las lámparas de lectura de cada cama funcionan y también necesitan una reparación. La ducha perdía mucha agua porque la puerta de cristal no cerraba bien.
En general, una estancia estupenda y con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Ahorras en alojamiento, ya que visitar Quebec es caro.
