We Stayed one One night and we were very happy with our stay, rooms were clean and beds comfy and a very spacious room. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week visit to New York. We came a few minutes late to the breakfast but the lovely Maureen sorted us out and that made our day and the breakfast was really good! There is great shopping and entertainment in the area. The only thing I have to say were negative was that We didn’t get help with getting all of our luggage into the room other than that amazing stay wished we could have stayed longer! Thanks Maureen and co!

We always stay at the Sleep Inn in Queensbury, NY when we are visiting family. The staff is beyond helpful and so friendly!! The rooms are quite nice. The hot complimentary breakfast is very filling from waffles to delicious coffee!! Location is perfect for us, off of I87 exit 19.

Staff was fantastic! We had a family funeral so all stayed here in 5 different rooms. Even with some young kids, nothing but courtesy from the staff! I locked myself out of my room x3 and they laughed with me! Clean rooms, clean pool, and wide variety for breakfast. ♥️

I totally enjoyed my stay. The place was immaculately clean. I totally enjoyed the very warm, clean swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing. I would definitely go back. The hotel staff were very very friendly. I stayed on Christmas day and even though the workers had to work, they were in a very cheerful. Happy mood.

My wife and I had a great experience at the Sleep Inn in Queensbury. Customer service was excellent, the entire hotel was clean, the breakfast was a welcome feature with great selections and the room was perfectly comfortable. We'll definitely be back to stay at the Sleep Inn, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Unless you enjoy the smell of mold DO NOT stay here! The carpets are stained. The tub/shower has so much scum on it, no way has it been cleaned in the last 6 months. I gave it 1 star because I did not find bed bugs when I looked behind the mattress....that was a plus!

Came back to our hidden gem after a few year hiatus and not much has changed. (in a good way) The check in was quick and easy, got our keys and head up to our room which was very clean. Descent size room with 2 double beds , TV with cable , small fridge, coffee maker, and amenities. We called front desk because we had no more shampoo left in the shower, he came up within minutes to fill it up with a towel that we were also missing. AC worked great no issues with that. Breakfast, not as good as previous years but still good, warm eggs with sausages every morning , pancake machine , bagels and toasts, muffins and cereal boxes, milk, coffee, juices. It it gets crowded you could eat outside or ask them they will open the meeting room for more space, which was great! They have an indoor pool with towels, small gym with a couple of machines. Did notice some carpenting has been changed, the hotel is starting to show its age so im sure they are on top of it. Plenty of free parking outside at the front or the back. Will we return?? no brainer for sure!! let me know if this was helpful regards stud

Everyone of the staff member was extremely kind and friendly and accommodating starting with Logan, who assisted me prior to arriving, Bryan when I checked in, Sarah was kind and helpful and the young housekeeper on the 2nd floor she looks either Chinese or Arabic (I didn’t get her name but the FD said her name is Ayala) and the woman on the phone when I called the hotel on Wednesday morning. Myself and my husband stay was comfortable and enjoyable, however the hotel need some renovations which includes the carpet and some outlets didn’t work and the beds were nice but kinda hurt my body a little bit, my husband went down for breakfast almost 9:30am and there were nothing left, the staff should leave breakfast out at least 5-10mins after as a courtesy to guest. I’m not complaining just my opinion to say a beautiful place with great staff like yours should upkeep it’s value. Give them a raise and treat them well and appreciate them always. Whomever has access to this I would appreciate you showing the staff what I wrote about them. Hopefully I’ll see you guys soon. Thanks.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, housekeeping is great, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for the theme park, outlets and restaurants. Huge shout out to Heather who runs the breakfast room! She's fantastic!! We will definitely stay here again.
