We are an easy 20-minute drive from downtown Charlottetown with our home looking west with views over Tracadie Bay. In addition to Blooming Point Beach just down the road, outdoor pickleball courts and a disc golf course are less than 5 minutes away plus some of Canda’s premier golf courses found close by at Crowbush, Brudenell, Dundarave and Stanhope Golf Courses with many others within short reach. For cyclists looking for a spectacular trail system the famous Confederation Trail awaits nearby. The downstairs suite includes a cozy bedroom, a private three-piece bathroom, spacious living room/dining area with TV and Wi-Fi.
