Hoteles en Quatre Cocos con Traslado aeropuerto

El desayuno era muy rico y la habitación era muy nueva. Pedimos dos botellas de agua en WeChat a las 8:30 de la noche y también llamamos a la recepción dos veces. El agua nunca llegó. Un poco decepcionado. El hotel no es grande, la playa es pública y puede llegar hasta el final. El spa es bueno y el servicio chino es excelente. ¡También pedimos una comida de Año Nuevo y ese filete de mero estaba delicioso!

El hotel es muy bueno, muy elegante, independientemente de la recepción, el departamento de huéspedes es muy profesional. Gracias de nuevo por venir a Trip.com, hubo un pequeño problema con el vuelo anterior a la vuelta. También se han organizado muy bien con otros turistas que compran billetes en Trip.com. Compro en un dragón, el servicio es un poco un poco.

Hemos estado 11 días y 10 noches y no hemos podido estar más a gusto, hemos disfrutado al máximo de nuestras vacaciones gracias a las vistas y al personal. Empezando por Anastasia en recepción, que nos recibió el primer día de una forma muy amable y adaptándose a nosotros a pesar de la diferencia del idioma. Siempre estaba para resolver las dudas con una sonrisa en su cara. Se ve que ama su trabajo. Además, un montón de personal que no recordamos su nombre, y sobre todo, Nitish en el restaurante. Han sido muy dedicados y serviciales en todo momento. La habitación es muy grande, espaciosa y cuenta con un balcón donde disfrutar las vistas a la piscina y al mar. Cuenta con un restaurante buffet donde se sirven todas las comidas, un restaurante chino digno de admirar, un restaurante que puedes pedir a cualquier hora sintiéndote como en casa y un bar con deliciosos cocteles. Hay muchas actividades que realizar en el propio hotel como juegos así como actividades de canoa y snorkel. Aunque la playa es un poco ventosa, se agradece en los días de calor. Vimos incluso hasta estrellas de mar practicando snorkel cerca de la la playa. Se pueden contratar actividades en el mismos hotel para descubrir las impresionantes atracciones turísticas de Mauricio a un precio razonable. Sin duda alguna, hemos estado en muchos lugares del mundo, pero en este hotel hemos sido muy felices y lo guardaremos con un grato recuerdo en nuestro corazón ❤️

Lo primero que quiero destacar y agradecer es la excelente atención que recibimos por parte del hotel y, sobre todo, del equipo médico, concretamente del Dr. Hujjaree y su enfermero Moubie (no sé si estará bien escrito). Un familiar sufrió una picadura de un pez piedra, el cual es muy venenoso (equivalente al veneno de una cobra). Tanto el Dr. como el enfermero actuaron rápidamente y le administraron el antídoto necesario, con un trato exquisito y muy profesional. Por otro lado, decir que el complejo del hotel está muy bien, buenas instalaciones, buena distribución de ambientes, buenos restaurantes (quizás les falta poner más pescados a la plancha), y habitaciones grandes y muy confortables.

This was our 3rd visit to this wonderful Hotel. The staff (Family) as always cannot do enough to make your stay here a very memorable holiday. A few of the staff I would like to mention are:- Iqbal and Simi who run the House Keeping, thank you for everything and letting us keep our room until our pick-up time. Vikram, Mike and all the restaurant staff for looking after us whilst we were dining. A very big thank you for helping me to celebrate my Wifes birthday with a fantastic meal on the beach (luckily the weather held out). Also Mike a very big thank you for inviting my Wife and I to your home for the Traditional Mauritiun Meal, we had a really fantastic time. All credit to your wife for preparing such a lovely meal. All in all everyone who works at this wonderful Hotel deserve a big pat on the back for their professionalism and friendliness. like they say - Every day is a Friday here -. Thank you again for such a memorable stay. We will be back again.

This is not a review, this is a deep thank you from my heart. I am writing here with tears in my eyes, because Seasense is not just a hotel, but a family. Unfortunately I cannot tell the whole story here, but at least a few words. Please take the time to read this. I had the worst day on the second day after my arrival, I had a traffic accident and was alone. I was a bit lost at first and informed the hotel when I was taken to the police and hospital. The Seasense Hotel was immediately in contact with the police. I received a message that the manager was already on his way to me and that I should not worry, they would take care of me. First, Oogesh, the room manager, arrived after 15 minutes. He accompanied me the whole time and did not let me out of his sight. Another 15 minutes later, the hotel manager Kevin arrived, he was also with me for many hours in the hospital. I cannot put into words how happy I was, because I was in shock and in pain. But then I knew I was safe. I broke my arm and was allowed to leave the hospital that evening and go back to the hotel. I was very sad because I thought my vacation was over. But my vacation had only just begun. I received the best care in the world, the whole team did their best to make me happy and I was the happiest person in the world. My friend Yvonne was the same, the team looked after her very well. From flowers to breakfast in the room, my every wish was fulfilled. I got a great room so that I could see the sea and relax. Oogesh always accompanied me to appointments with the police and to the doctor. The whole hotel is a paradise, it is the best hotel I have ever been to but the real soul is the people in this hotel. It was the perfect vacation in a perfect hotel. Even the owner and second owner of the hotel visited me and asked about me, where on earth does that happen?? Oogesh, Kevin, Manav, Thierry and the whole team of the Seasense family...Thank you very much for this unforgettable holiday and I say see you soon, I look forward to seeing you now that I have found a safe haven for my soul. We were there almost 2 weeks in August/Sepyember. 2 adults, 2 children 11,8 yrs. From the begining a nice welcome at the lobby, fast accomodation, very helpfull staff on many questuons, not even connected wit the hitel itself. We were under an impression of service everywhere, from the frontdesk to restaurants and facilities, like SPA - which I recommend much, its a must - completing the while stay in this „paradiae like”place. Very large rooms, comfortable, cleaned every day, minibar filled daily, included. Food in restaurants - plenty of everything, tasty, niclely served. I recommend giant prawnes & lobster from a’la carte restaurants, delicious & pretty served. My kods had lot of food to choose, they tasted most of the dishes, nit only pasta & pizza, which are on a daily basis for demanding children ;) I would like to give special thanks to guys on boat booth and diving center, they made a good recomendatiins for facultitave trips, which I enjoyed the most. And do t forget about having a massage there, I will write it once more, worth definitelly. People of Mauritius - you are amazing and you do magnificent job there, not spotyed elsewhere.
