«設施：一般，浴室洗臉盆有漏水現象，晚上太晚洗澡沒有熱水，告知前台，派人前來看了，因為過年滿房，也沒有空房可以替換，我可以理解。 衞生：挺乾淨的，入住4天，每天服務員都會打掃乾淨。 服務：一般，這服務讓住客太不舒服，過年人多硬件跟不上，至少可以用服務來湊，服務好大家也就相互理解。但是2樓早餐地方的服務員，要麼愛搭不理，要麼態度不好，我最後一天用餐，服務員説你衹能2位用餐，我告訴她是3位用餐，並告知今天是最後一天了，前面幾天都是3位，你可以幫忙去前台核實一下，這時一位年紀大的服務員説我們不去問，我們和前台沒關係，他們犯的錯，讓我們來背鍋。另一位年紀輕的服務員不予理睬，讓顧客自己去1樓前台重新刷卡。我就好奇了一家酒店還分彼此，樓上樓下嗎？ 環境：不錯，出行也挺方便的，門口還有賣茶葉，可以逛逛。»
