初次入酒店，進酒店的路上就有一種曲徑通幽處的感覺，一進大門，有一顆造型迎客松，接着還沒下車就看到可愛的狗狗跑過來接我們，那感覺真的像回家，整個院子就像我的夢中情院一樣，每一處都細緻，精緻，再來説説客房，我住的榻榻米，一進去兩個大床，都是榻榻米，可以説是我心尖上的設計，孩子隨便滾，不會掉下來，有個露台，坐着喝點兒茶，看看落日，看着孩子在院子裏玩耍，晚上出去轉一圈，回來老闆做了晚飯，味道很絕，雖然出門在外，但是跟給孩子在家裡吃一樣安心，吃完又出去溜達一圈，回來老闆已經放了温泉水，美美的泡個私湯，湯池是真乾淨啊，晚上坐在湯池裡，看着氤氲的熱氣升騰，手底下摸到的每一片磚都很乾凈，真的可以説是身心全方位的滋養，安然入睡，第二天皮膚滑滑的，起來老闆又做好了早餐，這次的旅程對我來説絕對是從未有過的一次深度放鬆，很感謝老闆給我們傳遞他們的能量，温暖，放鬆，安心，愜意。

Fabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

Excellent hotel in a great location. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are super helpful (especially Zhuang Qingwen) and there is underground parking with charging which was a blessing.

IIreneLeeI am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well!
We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free).
We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea.
Wide spread of breakfast!
I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

The staff from the golf club were very rude not allowing visitors walk on the wooden walkway during the entire daytime for some bureaucratic and prerogative reasons which were non-transparent and unacceptable.
The food and services were at average level comparing with others.

DD and JNos gustaba un estancia de 4 noches y definitivamente nos quedaríamos aquí otra vez. Todo el personal era muy amable, útil, como un par de inglés que hablaban no chino, el personal iba a esa milla extra para asegurarnos de que teníamos todo lo que necesitamos, después de 4 meses de viajar por el sureste asiático que era por mucho mejor. UUsuario invitadoEl ambiente y el servicio son buenos, pero el equipamiento es un poco insuficiente, especialmente el agua caliente es muy lenta. Pero el servicio es realmente bueno. JJon LHJNice room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is ok. I wish they do away with DIY egg station as it is really troublesome to fry 1 egg at the time. Will prefer if the eggs are pre-fried and serve in the buffet instead. Front office staffs/ cafe staffs and housekeepers are really friendly. If there is a dryer together with the DIy washer will be a bonus.

YYouzhituzhi臨時決定環島自駕遊，盲定了瓊海無所歸止民宿！驚喜滿滿，現在回京很後悔沒有多住幾晚，民宿門口就是沙灘，小朋友在沙灘撿貝殼 盪鞦韆 椰子樹下躺吊牀好舒服。早餐很豐盛，吹着海風 看着沙灘椰林 聽着浪聲。這家附近超多海鮮店，也可以市場買好了回民宿自己做～距離中國南海博物館十幾分鐘的車程！瓊海物價感人啊～推薦來的朋友們多住幾晚！

UUsuario invitado房間的投影五星級！白天不拉窗簾也超級清晰，亮度管夠，不輸電視。哪吒完全免費，而且是完整版，影院裏面有刪減。衞生間乾濕隔離，今天換了一個房間，雖然不如上次的，地板有點翹，總體性價比超高！對面的姑娘手陝西油潑麪，很對我們北方人胃口。粥免費，地道的西安八寶粥。遠比南方的好喝，粘稠有棗香味，還有花生也是恰到好處。

Jjiaying9595這次入住博鰲亞洲灣怡園酒店，體驗超棒！酒店環境美、坐在陽台的椅子上，就能望到不遠處的海面。房間整潔寬敞。前台小謝，小莊工作人員熱情專業、服務周到，衞生清掃人員主動仔細，每個角落都一塵不染。尤其離開後發現所帶的精油落在房間裏，前台客服小馬接到電話後不僅幫我找到了精油。還用順豐快遞幫我寄回上海，讓我感受到了海南人民的熱情，善良和誠信，酒店管理非常好，必須點贊，下次還來！
