I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. Super incómodo! Hay pequeños pantalones en el primer piso, la habitación es muy decorada, la imagen y el material se ajustan, hay dos aire acondicionado en una habitación, todo el personal es muy bueno! Como en casa! También hay desayuno y noche. ¡Especialmente buena oportunidad de volver!

大年初一入住了泉現。 民宿佔地很廣，滿眼都是葱鬱的綠植，樹木被精心修剪成獨特的造型，一步一景，處處都彰顯着設計的用心。中間的大泳池超吸睛，不僅能暢快游泳，還能划船、玩皮划艇，趣味十足，給度假增添了不少歡樂。 我住的房間更是驚喜，直接與泳池接壤，推開窗就能感受撲面而來的度假氣息。房間還自帶温泉池，玩累了回來泡個温泉，一天的疲憊瞬間消散，簡直不要太愜意。 晚餐也讓人印象深刻，點的雞肉鮮嫩多汁，魚肉鮮得眉毛都要掉下來，食材新鮮，烹飪手法也恰到好處，每一口都超滿足。晚上還有篝火演唱會，大家圍坐在篝火旁，聽着音樂，氛圍感拉滿，真的太開心了。 這次民宿體驗太棒了，無論是環境、設施還是服務，都無可挑剔，下次度假肯定還選這兒！

剛開業設施還有一些沒完善，我們也算是“嚐鮮”了，提下問題:圖8鏡子加個燈亮點就好了，這樣更方便女孩們梳粧打扮。圖9我覺得廁所🚾旁應該有個洗手枱更加方便哦！然後來評價一下滿意在哪裡吧!我個人最滿意是每個員工都很有禮貌好好説話，有問必答超熱情的❤天氣冷小姐姐好細心，下午茶和早餐都會提前問我什麼時候吃什麼時候再給我們做這是超加分的哦！好期待下次再次相見會更好哦！

Reservé dos habitaciones diferentes, una de las cuales tiene un balcón con piscina privada desde hace poco lluvió tanto, que quizá no nos permita disfrutar de piscinas al aire libre. En la primera vez que mi familia sólo visitó, nadie nos vino a explicar el lugar o cualquier otra cosa, pero esta vez dos mujeres que son bastante buenas en inglés nos guían y trataron de explicar el lugar, que me hizo comunicar y entenderlos, Incluso si sólo mi marido puede hablar en chino. La tarifa de la habitación es razonable y todas las condiciones son perfectas para los viajeros familiares. Estoy dispuesto a visitar aquí otra vez.

值得認真寫點評的一家酒店。在小紅書種草的，基本零差評，吸引我的是35度的户外泳池（相比其他酒店的恆温泳池一般僅在28度且為室內）。 1.酒店大，環境好，幽靜避世空氣好，出入有電瓶車上坡下坡小朋友好喜歡。2.房型靈活，可單房，也可幾個家庭在一棟團建有客廳共享。3.泳池35度泡池43度，對於冬天來説實在太舒服。其實温泉太熱是泡不了多久，但是旁邊的泳池可以讓小朋友玩很久。4.每個區域10多間房共享一個泳池和大泡池，如B區就衹有一車道之隔，游泳完包上毛巾回房間洗澡完全不冷。相比較其他酒店的私湯，反而可以隨時隨地想泡就泡，不需要自己放水，雖然房間裏還有一個超大浴缸，但娃還是更喜歡游泳池可以暢遊。沒有其他娛樂，就適合喜歡玩水德娃和放空的大人。5.房間陽台和衞生間超大，符合度假酒店預期。6.酒店餐廳不貴，出餐快，分量大。7.酒店附近有片油菜花田，定位誠興旅館就行。8.建議酒店出個徒步地圖可以指引大家散步爬山。9.如果房間有音箱、冰箱、功夫茶具就更棒了。10.前台服務員服務態度好，熱情和耐心。

臨時決定出發去英德玩，在小紅書看到有人推薦八畝晴川，抱着試一試的心態入住。 因為是晚上到達，工作人員跟我們確認了時間並詢問我們需不需要吃晚餐，這點就很Nice。下高速沿途的飯店看着一般，最後選擇在民宿點菜吃晚餐，出品還是不錯的，院子裏還可以烤肉。 每位工作人員都很有禮貌，房間衞生整體是可以的，還能做的更好！日式庭院設計，院子裏的植物也很好看，整個民宿拍照都很出片，早餐也好吃，吃飽飽就出發去玩，去一些景點距離也不遠，挺方便的，沖沖沖！有機會還會選擇八畝晴川的！

服務周到，剛下單不久店家就打電話來確認，並升級了有私湯的套房，還細心了解有多少人入住，有沒有小朋友等。當知道有小朋友入住時貼心提前在床的外圍架起防跌網，還細心準備BB洗澡用的浴盤。🤩抵達門口停車時，小哥哥透過監控看到我們到了，已經主動出來幫手拿行李，讓我能更好辦理入住手續，並向我介紹附近的景點、遊覽地方，會幫我調整一下較為合理的遊覽順序，還安排下午茶。會了解什麼時候到酒店，會安排下午茶。酒店大堂有一個供小孩玩的區域，女兒玩得很開心🥳晚上還安排了篝火晚會🎇能吃到美味的烤蕃薯😋房間如酒店圖片一樣乾淨、整潔、寬敞。滿意到十足。下次還會來住😆
