I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. Great hotel! I love the facilities and the location. Amazing view of the review. However I will not return. The room is impossible to sleep in - the bed is too hard and the room is dry and extremely hot with Jo way of adjusting the temperature.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day! Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

寶子們，我最近去清遠玩，訂了喆啡酒店（清遠大道清城站店），這一趟住得那叫一個舒坦，必須來給大夥嘮嘮。剛到酒店門口，我這拖着行李箱還暈乎乎的呢，一進門，嚯！那環境看着就敞亮、舒心。裝修有點歐式復古風，還帶着股子咖啡的文藝味兒，牆上掛着老照片、舊唱片似的裝飾，沙發茶几擺得整整齊齊，在這兒等人、歇腳都特愜意。重點得誇誇前台的瑩瑩小姐姐👏 我進去的時候，她立馬迎上來，臉上笑開了花，那股熱情勁兒，就跟見着自家人似的，張嘴就是：“親，您一路辛苦了哈，快把行李給我！” 邊説邊麻溜地接過我的大包小包，動作那叫一個利索。辦入住手續的時候，她輕言細語地跟我介紹酒店的各種情況，啥時候有早餐、退房時間以及發票開具方式等等説得明明白白。我順口提了一嘴想喝熱咖啡，嘿，沒想到過會兒回房間，就瞅見桌上多了一套精緻的咖啡器具和幾包香醇的咖啡粉，原來是瑩瑩特意安排的，這心思細膩得沒話説！住進去之後，也有點小波折。晚上我想用網刷會兒劇，結果網絡不給力，信號斷斷續續的。我打電話到前台，還是瑩瑩接的，一聽我這情況，她馬上安撫我：“親，您別著急上火哈，我這就找人幫您瞅瞅，保準一會兒就好。”沒幾分鐘，維修師傅就來敲門了，瑩瑩還特意打電話跟進，問我網修好沒，這服務，太貼心了吧！再講講房間，乾淨得沒挑兒！床鋪軟乎乎的，我往上面一躺，跟陷進棉花堆似的，一覺睡到大天亮。衞生間也是乾乾淨淨，洗浴用品質量槓槓的，洗完身上滑溜溜的。早上拉開窗簾，陽光“唰”地照進來，心情超好。早餐也不錯，有本地特色的洲心大粥，粥香濃稠，喝一碗超滿足，還有西式的麪包、煎蛋，咖啡也香濃可口，能吃得飽飽的開啟新一天。反正這次在清遠住喆啡酒店，方方面面都順心，全靠瑩瑩小姐姐和工作人員的熱情周到。要是你們也去清遠玩，閉眼選這家，來了準保滿意，説不定還能跟我似的，碰上暖心的瑩瑩，收穫一段超棒的旅行回憶呢！

設施：親子帳篷房裡娃娃玩偶、滑梯很好玩，小孩在房間玩得很高興 環境：周邊亭台樓閣別緻，很安靜。 服務：延遲到1400退房，在酒店玩高興了還能休息一下。各環節工作人員服務態度好，主動問候新年好和需求。 飲食：客房所贈送早餐自助種類、出品不錯，只是肚子吃不下那麼多。中餐廳與客房不在一個樓，倆個地方大概一百多米遠，春節中餐不能用優惠，但菜品還是比想象中好。下次再試清遠特產清遠雞。 傳統手工製作：漆扇/香囊（二選一）:意外驚喜，小孩很感興趣。 暢玩松鼠部落:松鼠部落在室外，有山雞、鴿子、松鼠、兔子、土撥鼠、浣熊，自帶點堅果、麪包餵動物很不錯。現場買也方便，夠玩一上午了。 暢玩乒乓球或桌球2小時:刷房卡在一樓（不是大堂層）可以玩倆小時。 圖片是自助早餐的環境，竹升麪是早餐的明檔出品，最後一個圖蒜香骨、幹炒牛河是中餐廳出品。

El hotel está muy bien servido y la comida es excelente y sabrosa. Si usted está buscando una pausa tranquila y relajada esto es perfecto. Es rural, por lo que se prepárense para un lugar tranquilo que hemos hecho nuestro viaje con los conductores locales, un coche sería útil si usted está aquí. Buena para ciclismo o excitación y caminar en los pueblos locales.

先説結論📚：體驗很棒的一個酒店，孩子 papa 説如果再來這邊，還會選擇這家酒店👍 服務💁♀️：從停車場的員工開始就滿滿的想給好評，笑容滿分，所有員工都態度很好又有耐心。 房間衞生🧻：還可以，沒有特別好，不過一眼看去都乾乾淨淨的，單獨的空調千萬別開，其實有中央空調就夠了，多手打開了單獨的空調，好大味道😭 景色🪟：標準大床房木有啥景色，但房間空間很大，家裡人剛好就是對空間和衞生高要求，恰好兩項都不錯 早餐🍜：早餐其實真的很豐富，是坐的地方小了一點 設施🛝：泳池、小童樂園、桌球室、乒乓球室和健身室全都有，而且海挺乾淨的，不亂，小童樂園小了一丟丟

酒店位置有點偏，晚上很安靜，新開業各種設施還不是特別齊全，但是很新很乾凈也不錯，周邊很多農莊可以吃，要逛街的話就得打車出去（推薦去順盈時代廣場吃花花姨祿鵝，旁邊有個紅樹林夜市超讚），勝在價格便宜兩百出頭住三人，早餐算豐富，性價比挺高的。建議浴室裝淋浴隔斷玻璃，乾濕分離，再配套浴室拖鞋
