Nice facilities, very comprehensive with fridge freezer and cooking facilities so that you can cook your own food after buying it at the upscale supermarket in the mall next door.

Really great location and the amenities include a kitchenette and washing machine which was really helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and is nested in a residential building, there are three separate receptions for different hotels in the building all on the ground floor.
Couldn't really connect to the smart home systems due to not having a Chinese number but it's a common problem across China. The reception team is friendly and there is luggage storage post check out.

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex.
It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need.

Overall was good,the extra pillows where stained and sofa aswell. that's my only complain. Location is good you can wall for the may4th attraction.. we had the 35ft floor so it was a nice view.

Room was ok but not perfect. Dirty as we checked in but housekeeping cleaned it immediately and it was acceptable afterwards.
