I had an amazing time at the hotel! The hospitality was top notch, the staff were super friendly, and the entertainers were really fun and welcoming. The overall vibe was great, full of good energy and positive atmosphere. I’d definitely come back!

Club Reef, Egypt I recently stayed at Club Reef in Egypt with my girlfriend, and despite some flaws, we had a very nice holiday in this beautiful resort. The Good: • The resort is clean and well-maintained, even though it’s a bit old. The gardens, in particular, are beautifully cared for by the dedicated service team. • Rooms are spacious and offer nice views, making for a comfortable stay. • The waiter team was fantastic, always providing friendly and attentive service. • The resort’s location and surroundings are stunning, making it a great place to enjoy the Red Sea’s beauty. The Not-So-Good: Staff mostly spoke Italian and some Russian , English seamed very limited , so be prepared to use alternative ways of communicating. Reception team was English speaking though. • Food variety was limited—although dishes changed, many were quite similar. There was a heavy focus on Italian cuisine, but unfortunately, much of it was not the best quality. The alcohol was Egyptian standard. • The reception staff were fine, doing their job well, but they could have been a bit more welcoming. • The entertainment and overall resort atmosphere cater almost entirely to Italian guests. Everything, from activities to announcements, was in Italian, and if you don’t speak the language, you might feel a bit overlooked. There were also many Russian guests, which added to the international mix. • The animation team made the atmosphere very chaotic. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, this might not be the best choice, as it was difficult to find a quiet spot. • Salespeople were constantly trying to sell things, so be prepared to say no frequently. • Tip money is a must if you want the best service. • There were some cultural differences in how staff were managed, which might feel unfamiliar to some visitors. Overall Verdict: Despite its flaws, we really enjoyed our holiday at Club Reef. The beautiful surroundings, friendly waiter service, and well-maintained resort made for a great experience. However, the strong Italian focus, chaotic atmosphere, and limited food diversity mean it might not be for everyone—especially if you’re looking for a quiet, international-style resort. Rating: 3.5/5 – A beautiful place, but best suited for Italian-speaking guests who enjoy a lively atmosphere.

The hotel itself was great, but the real highlight of our stay was the animator Abdo. He didn’t just entertain — he created an atmosphere where everyone felt truly happy. His energy, charisma, and sense of humor are absolutely top-notch. Abdo has a rare talent for bringing people together, lifting the mood, and making every moment unforgettable. Thanks to him, each day was full of joy and great memories. People like him are one in a million.

We booked a week all inclusive with a Danish package holiday company. All the hotel staff either no exemptions were extremely professional and hospitable - great ambassadors for Egypt - from the front office staff, the security guards, maintenance staff, room attendants, restaurant, bar and pool staff - they were all brilliant and made our our first trip to a Egypt a wonderful experience. The holiday was excellent value for money - the rooms are well maintained and everything worked. We highly recommend this place and also recommend all future guest to come within cash euro or USD in smaller notes and be generous and tip the hardworking people who will Make your holiday one to remember .

A lovely place to stay! Very clean and tidy, great food and amazing entertainment. The beach and reef are super close to the rooms! I recommend Ali's Bedouin tent, with his herbal teas and hookah he made our nights. Great staff always happy to help and share suggestions. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at Club Reef Resort, where I stayed with my family at the end of August and beginning of September (2024). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff. Everything was well-organized and operated like a well-oiled machine. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the grounds were well-maintained, green, and had a superb view. The sandy beach with access via a pier had a quite rich reef. Food was another aspect we enjoyed. We had delicious dishes, all varied and well-prepared. The bar staff consistently made great cocktails and were very accommodating—everyone was excellent! I especially want to mention the animation team: Margarita, Bebo, Karima, Kimberli, and Biagio. Without them, I feel the vacation would have been much more boring. We have been to Egypt four times, but we haven't experienced as much positive energy at any other hotel. This team is wonderful; thank you. Most visitors are of Italian or Russian origin. During our stay, we were the only family from Moldova. The animation team was so attentive and friendly that we were included in all the activities without feeling any barriers. Thanks to the animation team, there is a sense of cohesion in the hotel; everyone greets each other, smiles, and they manage to create a superb atmosphere. Every day, exciting activities are organized for all ages. The kids had a great time at the Mini Disco, while the adults enjoyed the entertainment provided. The hotel was the perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. I confidently recommend this place to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.
