The staff here are amazing, nothing too much trouble, fabulous food choice, and variety of a la carte restaurants which I enjoyed. Indian cooked by Indian and the Thai food is cooked by Thai gentleman both were lovely, my room whilst not refurbed was clean and had a wonderful view of the sea and pool and a perfect spot, rooms have fridges with water, kettle and everything you need. Hand wash by the sink, shower gel and shampoo in the shower, the shampoo was lovely and didn’t strip the colour out of my hair like most hotel shampoos. Ahmed at the relax pool looked after me everyday day ensuring I was ok and replenished with drinks, Had three massages as I was there for two weeks by the wonderful Nada, you must try the cleopatra scrub not like ours in the UK and left the skin like silk, I had one the day I left as late as possible and washed it off in the room before I travelled home, absolutely no dry sky or peeling and I’ve been back a week! There was pancakes.waffles and creams in the afternoon, there is so much like eight swimming pools, the snorkelling is great by the sea, loved the beach bar and food there. It was my first time in Egypt and definitely not my last, I’m going back either in July or September as I want to do more diving. I’d also like to thank Naseem and the whole team for a wonderful time and I was solo .. no issues…feel free to ask questions, my only word of warning is the hotel has a lot of steps and is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Very nice hotel. From the moment of our arrival the reception team welcomed us in a very warm way with nice smile we felt at home. Too many pools. Big selection of food. Rooms were clean and big. It is value of money. All the staff very kind.

We arrived here yesterday and was impressed by how beautiful the hotel is. Then we got to reception and the trouble started. I’m disabled and we had requested a ground floor room, and paid for an upgraded room, but apparently they had no record of any of that, so we could have a room which was up two flights of stairs, or a different room up five flights of stairs, the lift is not working we were told. We messaged our travel agent, the fabulous Nicola at Harris travel, who said it certainly had been booked as requested. Reception then said as we had a late arrival they would open a restaurant especially for us, even though there were five people already in there. Back at reception, we could have the room or not, that’s all they have, they insisted the hotel is full, it’s quite obviously not! Another guest was walking past and interjected to the reception guy that he shouldn’t speak to my wife like that, he was being quite rude. At this point we had been at it for three hours and it was the early hours of the morning, so we decided two flights were better than five, took the key and set off to our allocated room, only to get outside and see out suitcases had been left outside reception. My wife went back to reception to be told they should have been taken to the room but the person who does that has gone home. We were left to lug our suitcases up two flights of stairs, upon arrival I just collapsed on the bed. In the morning we went to see the manager, who had been told by his staff that we had been offered a ground floor room but had refused and we had chosen to take our suitcases ourselves, totally untrue but the manager insisted that’s what happened as that’s what he had been told. We wasn’t asking for much, just what we had booked and paid extra for, but no other rooms are available he insisted. The manager was having non of it and said we were the problem, but in three days we could have a ground floor room, that’s all there is to it. My wife informed him that’s if that’s the case we would move hotel, his attitude changed a little then and suddenly, despite being told the hotel is full and there are no ground floor rooms, there was a ground floor room available! We moved to the new room relieved that it had been sorted but weary that if that’s the way we are going to be treated, it’s not going to be a pleasant stay. There are stairs everywhere as the hotel is on a cliff, but we can choose to use them and go to the beach, or not use them and stay by a pool. we don’t have a choice to go up stairs if our room is up there. The room cleaned saw us and introduced himself, he was really lovely, if he he’d been in reception I doubt there would have been a problem. This is our twenty first holiday to Egypt, we have never had such rude and unhelpful staff as there are here. Despite this hotels beauty we will not come here again, and if you don’t like being spoken down to, you should look elsewhere for a holiday.

We were satisfied. It was our first time in Egypt, we spent a wonderful week there. The kindness of the people was very nice. Especially the one who cleaned our room, Mustafa Mahmun, always surprised us with something and always had a nice tidy room waiting for us. Thank you for everything!

Stayed here for 10 days absolutely the best holiday we’ve had. The room was lovely and well stocked daily. The staff amazing special thanks the ibraham and Baseem for looking after us so well at the grill pool and the grill terrace. Buffet restaurant’s were lovely with plenty of choice and again the staff were fantastic. Can’t recommend the Al a cart restaurants enough they were great no problems getting a reservation. The pools were outstanding and kept very clean no rushing at 7am to get a lounger there’s plenty to go round. Already looking to return in April next year. Highly recommend ⭐️

Not 5 star hotel but decent.. if you are not too picky is a solid hotel.. food, drinks, pools, beautiful reef.. friendly staff Some cons: Stairs- lots of stairs from main lobby to the beach rooms some worn out.. in our romm last day there was a leak theough ceiling in bathroom No water bottles in other bars except in main lobby bar Reservation restaurant!! We wanted to reserve fusion restaurant and they said two days in row that is full.. walking by.. restaurant empty - as it seemed we werent the right nationality Never the less.. we had nice time and with som heads up would reccomend

I believe a hotel is measured by its staff. The staff are amazing! Every area of the hotel has staff that cannot do enough for you. They are friendly, and helpful and we had a great week getting to know everyone. This is a very nice hotel with so many pools you are never short of a sunbed. Most days there were only a couple of other people in our pool as there are so many to choose from. The view across the ocean is stunning and the lounge and foyer is beautifully decorated. Special mention to Mohamed in the crepe bar and the Mike Tyson lookalike in the bar over the sea, both were so lovely and the breakfast staff were also so helpful. Every member of staff should be congratulated on their customer service. The bar staff were brilliant but the only downside was the cocktails were not made to the standard we are used to in the UK. Having said that, this holiday was super value for money. The food was varied and plentiful and you could eat at so many different restaurants. We thought the buffet food was very good and would definitely return to this hotel

*Pros:* - The hotel is beautiful and spacious. - The staff are wonderful. - The food is very diverse, delicious, and tasty. - Many thanks to Chef Abdel Salam and his team for their exceptional and respectful service. - Room service (Akram) was polite, kind, and trustworthy. - Special thanks to Chef Abdel Salam , Abdo, Walid, Mahmoud, and Walid from Fusion Restaurant for making our stay special with their warm and caring attitude — we truly felt at home with them. - We greatly appreciate the beach staff (Khaled, Mohamed Abdo, Mahmoud Metwally) for their kind service. *Cons:* - We requested to Mr. Karim to change the room but no response and also we asked him to change the fridge several times because the fridge was broken, but it was never replaced. - There are no golf carts available for transportation within the hotel. Given the hotel’s large size and the presence of elderly guests or those with health conditions, it was difficult to move around the resort. For example, once we went down to the beach, we couldn’t easily come back up, or once we went up to the room, it was hard to go back down due to the long distances. This was a major inconvenience. - Seeing the staff carrying heavy items and equipment manually was upsetting. Having transportation or lifting aids would make things much easier and more comfortable for them. - wi-fi is only available in the lobby
