Good animation. Amazing place, good position, nice people. Room is ok, clean a nice. Every day, hotel personal clean our room. Restaurant Is good, everyday is food different, you have so many choise to pick. Every day is animation, who cares about everyone.

The hotel is listed as a 5* but it is definitely not an 5* hotel. I would say it’s a 3* at max but that’s not me saying it’s a poor hotel, but just don’t expect 5*. I stayed there for 4 days with 2 other friends. The room was decent, fairly clean and modern with a nice bathroom. The bathroom did have some weird stains on the floor however. Also the wifi in the room is horrible, they only have a good wifi connection in the lobby or restaurant. The pool and beach area was actually really nice and it’s one of the best things about the hotel. There were also some shows and activities in the evening and day with an animation team who were really great and very friendly with good English. The regular hotel staff however had really poor English making it hard to communicate at times. They have some water slides, but the stairs up to the slides have some sharp metal bits sticking out in which my friend cut his toe. So the health and safety wasn’t great regards to that. The main resteraunt food was pretty average, kind of like canteen food and got pretty repetitive. Definitely a 2* for the food in the main restaurant. However the ala carte restaurants were really nice, like 4/5* but even when we arrived it was already booked out even though it’s off peak season, but after speaking to the head of security who was very helpful he managed to speak to the GM and get us an ala carte reservation at the Italian restaurant which was the best food we had on the trip. I think they reduce the numbers for the ala carte to save money. Buts honestly the best food the hotel offers. The alcohol won’t really give you a buzz unless you ask the barman for strong portions and a couple drinks. Some staff were really friendly and provided great service. It wasn’t a bad experience but it also wasn’t as good as we expected for a 5* hotel. I guess for the price we paid it was ok. I know the hotel has a new ownership, so maybe if they improve on same areas it could be better.

Outstanding 5-star hotel! Luxurious rooms, top-notch service, and delicious food. The animation team was amazing – fun, engaging, and perfect for all ages. Truly a fantastic experience! Unforgettable stay! Will definitely return!!!

Its a such good resort i love this place really have everything i need in my vacation and i I am very proud of all the services in the resort from food to drinks and the rooms are excellent and there is a lot of entertainment because they have a very strong entertainment team. Thank you all❤️

This place is so clean, so cute and have everything you need for a holiday! The staff in all hotel amazing, kind, and happy to help. Guys on reception all brilliant with great welcome! Thank you Mohamed Radi, Hasan, Ahmed, Mustafa, all lifeguards, hotel menagers, all the staff in restoran brilliant, food was very nice! Rooms very clean and fresh. Taxi service in hotel very good. Waiter Hasan excellent and everybody working here is so nice and kind. Because of that my friends and me will come back again! I want to compliment all the staff of the hotel! Great!

Everything is fine. I really like my vacation. People here are very good and helpful for me and my family. Probably I will come back to here for my next vacation with my family or my friends. Everything is very good and I love this place. Thanks.
