酒店整體來説很棒，房間乾淨衞生，景色很好，海灘水質很好，有幾十米的淺灘，非常適合小朋友和水性差的人，淺灘再往遠一點就能夠看到珊瑚和魚。路邊有直接開往棧橋的shuttle car，浮潛很方便。 早餐很豐盛，但大多數都是麪包，火腿沙拉之類的，如果能有更多符合亞洲人口味的餐品將會更好！ 大部分工作人員服務都很棒，尤其是前台給我們辦理入住的男性工作人員，人非常nice！他看我們帶了孩子，給我們一個房型很好的房間並且加了床。提行李的小哥也非常的熱情。沙灘椅餐飲部的工作人員也非常的友好，微笑服務，看我們等shuttle car很曬會，讓我們坐下來等。 但是擺放沙灘椅的一位工作人員態度較為傲慢，請他拿毛巾和冰水半個多小時都不見人，再次呼叫還有點不耐煩，我表現出生氣的樣子他才來鋪沙灘椅；餐廳門口女性工作人員態度一般，但是對歐美客人卻異常熱情，讓我感覺到對不同國籍客人的態度差異。我覺得酒店如果能讓個別員工改善一下服務態度，那在這裏度假就會有更加完美的體驗了！

去的時候部分地方還在翻修，説是4月份左右完成。 沒有選全包，早飯還行吧，至少醬油炒蔬菜還是有味道的，然後春捲還是不錯的（要選剛出爐的，不然外層皮軟了就一般）。 酒店相關的紅海遊樂項目比市區碼頭出發的要貴挺多的，但那一片的酒店都貴。 位置的話，去市區不方便，純度假不出酒店的話這裏也是個不錯的選擇，能看日出和日落。紅海的日出日落都很好看，因為雲多。

The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets.
