Casa Blue Resort

It was a perfect escape for a week at Casa Blue. The staff were excellent, always happy to help and made our holiday special. Our Beach front room was very comfortable and spacious with beautiful views. Our housekeeper Mohamed really looked after us. The room was kept immaculately clean, each day we were surprised with a new animal towel creation and he ensured we were always topped up with treats and drinks each day. We enjoyed the heated pools and bars, thanks to Armed who looked after us each day. Restaurants were good especially enjoyed the Japanese with delicious food which was cooked as you watched and tasty lunch at the beach restaurant. We loved the hotel and would love to return one day.

The personel is kind and helpful. The food in the hotel is very good, especially in the restaurant Beitelsaad, if this was a restaurant in my home town, I would visit more often and gladly pay to eat here. The drinks in the beachbar are made by tge talented and helpful waiter Ahmed. Every night he helps you with a smile. Only point of comment is that the beds are a bit hard. But the rooms are clean and comfortable. A hotel I would love too visit again

The hotel is excellent. Thete are 4 pools with warm water. A lot of kind of food and desserts. The entertaiment team was ecxellent- a lot of entertainment: dart, water gym, water aerobic, volleyball etc... The rooms are very clean.The staff are very friendly. I highly recommended

The hotel is wonderful and the service is on top! The animation team is great and funny. The food is very good and they offer a large variety of option. And how not to mention the perfect cocktails from Mohamed at the pool bar! The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Overall, the experience is perfect and I could only recommend. Ps: great as a person with allergy that everything is well indicated

Very nice luxury resort with a few attention points. We stayed here for two weeks in a swim up room with garden view. The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeper was very attentive. Our swimup was clean and a bit cold. The pool was daily cleaned and checked. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, tell them what you need or like and they will do their very best to make it happen. Enough sunbeds in oktober, to our joy we have not seen any people reserving sunbeds at dawn. They hand out cocktails and cold towels at the pool daily, haven’t seen that in any other resort I’ve ever been! The animation team is friendly and not pushy. That cannot be said for the Spa people unfortunately, they don’t seem to give up. There’s something to do every evening, usually something with lots of loud music. That’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The beach looks good but swimming in the sea is not easy because it’s shallow and lots of sharp rocks. For snorkeling you have to go to the end of a very very long pier. And then there is a lot of current so it didn’t feel very safe. The main restaurant is ok, lots of choices but the meat is usually a bit overcooked and dry. They have a different theme every night in the restaurant. The theme restaurant (Japanese, orient, seafood) are really nice but they serve you a lot of food in a short time. More then most people can eat so lots of food go to waste…Also with serving alcohol all day comes a responsibility to prevent drunk guests that cause nuisance for other guests. During our stay there was a drunk group of girls that even took their tops off. But we also watched some other drunk and loud groups during our stay. Most visitors we’ve met were from Poland or Czech Republic. It would be nice to have more nationalities in the resort. Overall we had a really nice stay and we’ll probably will go back there in the future.

Great place to relax and recharge your batteries. The hotel is very nice, there's a beach with a beautiful spot for snorkling and 3 pools to relax in front of. The animation team (especially Bruno and Emo) is great, and all, organized by them, activities are really good. The food is AMAZING - congrats to Chef Ali for all the good work and amazing attitude towards guests. In general the staff is really kind and helpful and the best drinks you can find in the bar in the middle of the pool - amazing, funny guys with great sense of humor. To sum up: if you want to relax in a really nice place and forget about all your troubles, this is the place for you I would gladly be back ☀️
