JAZ Neo Reef Marsa

I am visiting this place three or four times in year. This time hotel changed the name, but nothing bad happened. The same quality of all services, the same hight level of active holiday. Why to come to this hotel? 1.Very close to airport 2.Small hotel 3.Nice beach and reach underwater nátuře 4.Helpfull staff 5.All services in hotel(taxi, trips, shops, ATM Machine, wellness, massage,diving centre, animation team...)

Our experience at this hotel was simply outstanding! From the very first day, we felt surrounded by care, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The reception team are amazing — always kind, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. They created a wonderful first impression and made us feel at home. The kitchen deserves the highest praise. Chef Abdul Latif together with his sous-chef Ahmed and the always-smiling Mustafa prepared an incredible variety of dishes every day. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully served — from croissants to local specialties. The whole restaurant team worked tirelessly, constantly bringing out something new and ensuring every guest was comfortable and satisfied. Truly, the food is 5/5. A huge thank you also to Yosri, the best bartender ever. Not only does he make perfect drinks, but he also brings joy, positive energy, and a friendly atmosphere that made our evenings unforgettable. We also want to thank the wonderful people who make comfort possible behind the scenes: the housekeeping staff who kept our room spotless, the gardeners who cared for the plants, and the team who maintained the beach and ensured cleanliness all around the hotel. Thanks to them, both the territory and the sea were always perfect — the sea is definitely 5/5, and the cleanliness everywhere made us feel so comfortable. And of course, the staff overall — kind, professional, and always attentive — deserve nothing less than 5/5. Thanks to all these amazing people, our vacation was comfortable, joyful, and memorable in every detail. We are deeply grateful and will definitely come back!

Big thanks to the reception team for helping us choose exactly the room we wanted! For me, that’s always an important part of any holiday. I was hoping to avoid the noise from evening animation, enjoy some peace and quiet, and still have a sea view — and thanks to Hossam and Saad, the room location was absolutely perfect. My teenager was happy with the internet — he could play online with his friends without any issues. The food was tasty, with a good variety every day, baklava was awesome, and the the bar team made really nice cocktails. The sea in front of the hotel is stunning. The only small thing to note: it wasn’t clear from the hotel’s website that the Coraya Aquapark isn’t included in the price. One day we were asked for tickets there, which was a bit of a surprise, and we had to pay extra. We had stayed at Jaz Solaya before, where this waterpark was included, so it’s just something to keep in mind when planning your budget. Although the hotel area itself is not very big, it never feels crowded. All the Jaz hotels are connected within one large, beautiful complex, so there’s plenty of space for walks — including a long promenade along the sea with stunning sunsets.

First of all, my valuation is unpaid: I've been to Egypt many times and have tried many 4-star or 5-star hotels. The JAZ Neo Reef Marsa is the best. It would deserve half a star more. The food is excellent, varied, warm and diverse. Cutlery, glasses, and plates are clean. The main restaurant is clean and friendly. There's also the option of eating outside. The complex is well-maintained and designed for a clientel who wants to enjoy a quiet vacation. There's no constant music everywhere. I didn't use the pool. There are entertainments in the evening and on daytime you can do water aerobics, yoga, ecc. There are no vendors on the beach. Beauty or massage treatments are reasonable. There's also no rush early in the morning to reserve beach loungers. The chill-out area on the beach is beautiful, but there's no Wi-Fi. You can't expect european levels of the Wi-Fi. In mind that the entire hotel is exceptionally upscale by Egyptian standards. A beach bar offers drinks from 10 AM, and the restaurant also offers excellent snacks. It opens at 12:30 PM. Beach towels are provided. One minor criticism: Some beach towels need to be discarded as they are very old. New ones are available upon request. The jetty to the fascinating reef is about 200 meters long. The rooms are about 25 square meters in size and functionally furnished with balconies. There is a safe, coat hangers, a refrigerator and TV. The mattresses, duvets, and pillows are very good and very clean, and there are also intact blackout curtains. The air conditioning, hot water, flushing toilets, and walk-in showers all work perfectly; there is no sewage odor. The rooms are excellently cleaned and very clean. The staff is friendly. I will definitely come back; thank you very much for the friendly conversation with the chef and the manager.

The Animateurs are great, the bars are really good. Fast delivery and good english/German. The restaurant food and drinks are delicious. The room is clean and beach towels are getting changed each day. Everyone is kind and fun to chat with
