My familya and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The food was simply outstanding—every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the variety and quality were exceptional. The combination of great service, comfortable rooms, and excellent food made my stay unforgettable. If you are looking for a place with top-notch hospitality, fantastic dining, and genuinely caring staff, this hotel is the perfect choice

Let me start by saying that all the bad reviews about the hotel, are unfortunately true. This is my 3rd stay in Egypt in the last 3 years, in addition, I had the opportunity to be in other Arab countries, i.e. Tunisia, Morocco, Turkey. They were usually 5 and 4* hotels, so I have a big comparison. This is the worst hotel of those mentioned, it mainly disappoints: - Food, small quantity and still the same, mainly chicken, mackerel, beef and salads with other ingredients from the tables. I love Arabic flavors, and here after 4 days I didn't want to go to meals anymore, which never happened to me before. In addition, the cleanliness and hygiene of the dishes, mainly glasses, left much to be desired, as they were rinsed under running water. On the last day of my stay, I got food poisoning. So it was not a Pharaoh's revenge caused by a change in bacterial flora, this one should have happened in the beginning, besides I never had it. The hotel did not provide me with a free extension of the hotel night, or any place to rest at night departure time, and it was clearly food poisoning or lack of hygiene in the hotel. I have not eaten anywhere else. - Infrastructure in the rooms, outdated, constantly something was broken or missing. There was no prevention only action from reporting a dissatisfied customer to the next one - drinks and beverages- except for the described washing, everything warm, without ice and poured into 200 ml cups, including beer. - access to the reef-this is a result of the location of the hotel, the reef only at depth with a large current, you need to swim well. The restaurant and food are adequate, but the quality and cleanliness of the premises could be greatly improved. Upon arrival, we were given a truly awful room: dim lights, a non-functioning water heater, and everything was very unwelcoming. After two nights, we finally got the two rooms we had booked. The situation improved, but the beds were missing slats and the air conditioning didn't work. We reported the problems and they were somehow resolved. I booked an excursion with the dive center, and in the morning they left me waiting at rereception. So I've lost the excursion, but they allowed me to go one day later. At this point, I asked to speak to the general manager. I reported all the problems I'd encountered since arriving. I must say, he's a wonderful person; he promised me I'd notice changes immediately, and he treated us to dinner at the a la carte restaurant. I must say that the situation is visibly improving. The restaurant is cleaner right away, we are looked after and satisfied on all request. The recreation team is fantastic as well the animation team. A special thank to Aurora.
