Swisstouch Resort ex Sentido Dream Marsa Alam

We stayed at the Swiss Touches Resort from October 3rd to 10th, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel offers great facilities, fantastic food, and a variety of programs. The staff was amazing – very kind, helpful, and always ready to accommodate our needs. Although the hotel has its flaws, it is clear that the staff is constantly working on renovations and improvements. Thanks to their efforts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would also highly recommend Hazim’s shop with sculptures. Hazim is an incredibly friendly and kind person. Whether you’re looking for beautiful souvenirs or just want to have a nice chat, his shop is a must-visit. This was definitely not our last visit to this hotel, and we are already looking forward to returning! Zaměstnanci byli úžasní – velmi milí, ochotní a vždy připraveni vyjít vstříc našim potřebám. Ačkoli má hotel své mouchy, je vidět, že se zaměstnanci neustále snaží o renovaci a zlepšování služeb. Díky jejich přístupu jsme si pobyt užili na maximum. Zvlášť bychom rádi doporučili Hazimův obchůdek se soškami. Hazim je nesmírně přátelský a milý člověk. Pokud hledáte pěkné suvenýry nebo si jen chcete popovídat, návštěva jeho obchůdku je skvělou volbou. Určitě to nebyla naše poslední návštěva v tomto hotelu a už teď se těšíme na další pobyt!

This is very good hotel and staff is very friendly and i like all off them because they make our trip very good and I love egypt so much and really I want back again to this hotel and also I don’t want forget the animation team is so good and they have every day different show and thanks for (hussin,ahmed,jamaica) they are so good and they make us so happy and ahmed he’s show in oriental day is so amazing thanks for all off them ❤️

It was my first time in Egypt, and it was the best vacation ever. Throughout our holiday we were entertained by an excellent animation team, and in case of any problem we were helped by very friendly staff. A large area where there is always something to do, good food and most importantly good rooms, with excellent air conditioning

We were here for the second time. We like that there are few people here. No queues for food, few people on the beach and at the pools, divine peace. On the contrary, we do not like that sellers do not respect red flags and are persistent. They don't overdo the cleaning here either. Everything is dirty and cluttered. The plastic chairs and tables outside the restaurant are stained by birds. The place is set in such a way that you don't know if someone has finished eating there, or if it is freshly prepared for the next guest. Not once during our stay did the waiter put a tablecloth on the plastic table outside, on which he had already prepared our drinks before our arrival, so that we would sit here regularly and tip him. I didn't understand the tablecloth system, but he mostly put them in front of the manager and on the tables where people left, so he didn't have to change them if he got dirty. A boy wipes the floor in the dining room with a rag without rinsing, just so it won't be said. They wipe the tables with one smelly cloth without soaking it, they just spray water on it with a sprayer. The bucket does not exist here. I would like it if more women did the cleaning work, men just can't handle it. Dining room tables wobble to spill your drink. I watched when they were washing the glass wall between the reception and the lounge bar, the glass is polished, but without washing it beforehand and the frames will still remain stuck, because you don't think to wash it anymore. Dirty curtains and drapes in the rooms, they probably haven't been washed since the hotel opened. The sunbeds are already quite broken, without paint. they would need mine repaired and a new coat of paint. I don't understand why, when a lifeguard with towels sits there for days with a phone in his hand, he can't, for example, repair the deckchairs. It's all a stage show for us walking cashiers. This is where I feel it the most. They make it clear everywhere here that you can get better service from them if you pay. You normally have a room from 2 pm, but you can have it from 11 am because we are very nice. I hate it from the waiters in the dining room. You can't even sit where you want, you are immediately hooked by the one where you sat for the first time. I really feel bad if I don't tip him every day. He brings drinks one after the other without asking if you want more and you don't even have a drink and you already have some more, although you may not want any more. Some waiters, on the other hand, will bring you one drink for the entire lunch. Whether or not you tip shouldn't be a factor in the quality of service. One of the chefs was making noises and winking at me, one of the oldest bar waiters at the reception was too. Dust was never wiped in the gym, it wipes itself off during exercise. To everyone - be careful about the boy from animation team!!!! They behave inappropriately to the girls, they promise marriage and love even though they have more girls. Take care of your daughters. Choose another hotel! We are very worried what is happening there!!!!!!!

This resort is run down and now closed for renovations. It closed overnight leaving people stranded. We were staying in the adjacent condos and thought we could use the facilities. For three of the 6 days I did. The gym was terrible. Most of the equipment was broken. The food in the restaurant was poor. I read reviews on Tripadvisor that were false.
