It looks the part, a decent sized room, has a look like it’s been recently invested in and breakfast was ok. But the place is freezing cold! There is no heating in the rooms and the hot water only seems to be available first thing in the morning. It’s so cold it’s uncomfortably cold. Being at altitude it’s cold outside and so you want to warm up indoors. This isn’t possible here. We read the others reviews and dismissed them thinking that this wasn’t a real issue. But it is!
