Property has full kitchen, breakfast area, living room with TV, internet available, lots of windows with lake view, handicap ramp, wrap around deck with furniture, propane grill, fishing pier, small beach area and woods along lake shore. Space to dock a boat available upon request. There is a short gravel drive up to the cabin.
*****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025 *****About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).$50 per pet..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings.Maximum event attendees: 20.

Off the books
Our stay at this beautiful place was beyond what we expected. It was our one year anniversary and I don’t think we could have found a more perfect place. The hosts were amazing. The house was super clean and had all the necessities. We were provided with kayaks, paddle boards, and the entire place to enjoy! The hammocks were the best touch for relaxing after a long day at the lake. We will definetly recomand the place to anyone we know and would love to come again. The pictures don’t do it justice! Great place with amazing hosts!

Had a great time and this little cottage had everything a family of 4 with two dogs needed!! The hosts were attentive and available for anything we needed. This one is definitely staying on our save list for future visits!

Immaculate cottage
Quaint & SUPER immaculate guest house with wrap around deck AND big lake views. Great location close to restaurants, marinas, water sports and food stores.

Clean property and friendly renter. Was very easy to reach and agreeable. Plenty of places to fish, swim or canoe. The only con I have is that the driveway is very narrow and difficult to back out of in a large truck. You can turn around but it is very tight.

So Perfect!
We loved every minute of our stay for my daughter‘s graduation. Such a cute little cottage on the property of the owner with incredible lakefront and views. We enjoyed being in a quiet residential area. The hosts were very gracious and friendly and easy to communicate with. This cottage had everything we needed.
