Home in Cuscowilla with Private Pool and Spa

Beautiful home in the quiet and peaceful Cuscowilla golf community. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated, 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, a cozy fireplace in open concept family room, and large screened-in porch on 2nd floor with view of the lake. On the main floor are 3 bedrooms: one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and the third bedroom has a full size bed with twin trundle roll out bed. Upstairs is another queen bedroom and bathroom, as well as a large lounge area with a sectional couch and television, office desk and chair, pinball machine and ping pong table. There is also access to a large screened-in porch from this level. Private 15 x 30 foot pool and a spa. The backyard is fully fenced in with a grill, propane heater and outdoor seating. Kitchen has a reverse osmosis faucet for drinking water, a wine refrigerator and Keurig machine. Please note: We do not have direct access to the lakefront from our home. You may take a short 3 minute walk to the common docks to see the lake. There are also multiple boat marinas with jet ski and boat rental options within very close proximity to the house. I would recommend Young Harris Water Sports, or Oconee Wild Watersports. Our home is located in a quiet residential area. We ask that you please be respectful and keep noise down.
