I have booked 2 nights for my be loved partner in the late month of October. Attention for Food and Beverage Department. The service needs more improvement, particularly for restaurant staff for clearing the table. Needs more attention towards Buffet Menu - “Slice Fruits”, requires more varieties….not only just water melon, pineapple and honeydew melon…! I believed there is Mango season right now.
It would be nice if Mango can be included in the future.
Handling for front office staffing…were under staff and therefore it caused a long queue.
I hope this can be improved for my next stay personally and especially from overseas long flight and for my chosen Wedding Venue towards end of 2022 as well….
