Although initially there were some glitches in the room, the matter was immediately solved and we had an excellent stay. The location of the property is on thus main road. The ambience is excellent. Food was also excellent, served hot. Being nesr the railway station, you can have easy access to the hotel. Overall an excellent placee to stay.

Location is not great, as it's next to a slum/shanty area outside the main city. However it is very near to the railway station, within a stone throw. Ambience within the compound is very good. I found service to be deficient, and rooms are in need of repair. Amenities like wifi are non existent. Staff is kind, and polite. They will try to support as much as they can. Cleanliness met expectations.

The hotel located at Telkalpara and just across the over bridge is a nice place to stay in Purulia. The campus is big like a resort and so the name. I was on a solo business trip and hence spent most of the time outdoors but I'm sure all would like the rooms which are spacious and clean. I had booked an AC deluxe and was pretty satisfied with the cleanliness. There is a lift also but as I do not use a lift, can't say much about it. The reception is a little away from the main building and all phone calls (to room service etc) are received by the reception. This can cause some inconvenience but that is manageable. Overall a good place to stay while in Purulia with family or friends.

Need to update facilities, good infrastructure but needs some upgradation to catch with the changing times. Good location, staff very cordial and helpful

Overall a very good experience at sagar raj resort. Rooms are very big. Neat and clean. Clean regularly. Ample space inside the resort with a swimming pool. Staffs are polite and helpful. Food quality is very good but takes more time to prepare. The location of the resort is adjacent to the highway and one kilometre to purulia railway station. At a single sentence a very good experience at sagar raj resort. Thank you sagar raj resort and makemytrip.

Our stay was short though, but have enjoyed the property. Cordial attitude of the hotel members, very easy check-in & check-out activities, good ambience of the hotel room, neat and clean surrounding, small shopping outlet with temple inside. Located very close to purulia railway station. Good foods and the ambience of the restuarant is awesome.
