The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude, and when the bathroom got locked, it took them 2 hours to send a key. Instead of taking responsibility, they are blaming us. The service is both slow inadequate, and if you raise concerns be prepared for unnecessary arguments. Overall, the service was unacceptable. The food was also subpar, further adding to the poor experience.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Seven Hills hotel, and I must say it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Here’s why: 1. Misleading Photos – Reality Is Far Worse: Don’t be fooled by the pictures you see online. The rooms may look appealing in photos, but it’s all about clever angles and lighting. In reality, the rooms are nothing like what you’d expect. The moment we entered our room, we were greeted by a terrible, musty odor that lingered throughout our stay. The rooms were stuffy and poorly maintained. It was clear that hygiene and cleanliness were not priorities here. 2. Red Flags from the Start – Booking Nightmare: In hindsight, we should have seen the red flags early on. The booking process itself was a nightmare. When we called to make the reservation, the booking manager behaved like he couldn’t care less whether we booked a room or not. There was no enthusiasm or courtesy – just a cold, indifferent attitude. We had to follow up several times to confirm our booking, which should have been a warning of the terrible service to come. 3. Long Check-In Time Despite No Crowd: Even when we arrived, the poor service was apparent. The check-in process was excruciatingly slow, despite the fact that there was no crowd at all. We were the only guests checking in, yet the staff took forever to get us into our room. The inefficiency of the front desk staff was astounding, and we had to stand around waiting with our luggage for much longer than necessary. 4. Horribly Slow Service & Bad Food: The service at this hotel is beyond terrible. We ordered food, and it took over two hours to arrive. Worse still, the dishes were brought out one by one, with a 20-minute gap between each. By the time the last dish arrived, the first one had gone cold. To make matters worse, the food was tasteless and half-cooked. When we complained, the staff refused to acknowledge their mistakes and insisted we pay for the subpar food. Their lack of customer care was shocking. 5. Understaffed & Unresponsive: This hotel is woefully understaffed. When our washroom door got locked from the inside, I requested help, but it took over an hour for them to send someone with the keys. Despite my repeated calls to the reception, they were indifferent and didn’t seem to care about our urgency. Even when I threatened to come down to the reception and create a scene, I was rudely told to “Niche aa” (come down). This lack of professionalism is appalling. 6. Rude and Unprofessional Staff – Refusal to Reveal Their Names: When I went down to the reception to escalate the matter, the manager’s behavior was even worse. She rudely told me to “Get out” when I expressed my frustration. When I asked what they would do if a child got locked in a washroom, her shocking reply was, “It’s the kid’s mistake for locking themselves in – let them pay for it and suffer.” I was utterly disgusted by her callous attitude. Avoid this hotel at all costs! I booked a 3-night stay with my parents in December 2023, but we left after just one night due to terrifying paranormal activities in our room. The hotel's condition is appalling, with most areas under construction and appearing abandoned for a long time. The reception looks decent, but the reality hits when you head to your room. The corridors are dimly lit, with many abandoned and locked rooms. Our experience was truly horrific. Please read the reviews carefully before making a booking decision.

All Rooms are filled with Lizards and Insects. Only the hotel lobby is designed beautifully to attract guests. Once you step into the hallway you will immediately regret booking a room here. I saw 4 rooms and all 4 had multiple lizards. I denied staying the rooms to which the receptionist said you can contact agoda for the cancellation. This was 10 o'clock at night. My check in time was late. Now the hotel is denying refund for the 2 nights booking to agoda. Agoda is not refunding me because of it. A consumer lawsuit on its way. Luckily I took video and picture of the lizard in one of the room. The location is very dangerous. You will feel unsecure at the hotel.

Don’t come to this hotel as highly frustrated hotel with no commitment and worst management . Only they will ask for payment and food with service very bad . Room AC were not good and they make people fool . Also in the interior and no communication facility .

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The staff are very helpful and polite.Thanks to Mr. Rudra from the Reservation team.He took my booking.

What went wrong? Practically everything: 1. Despite arriving at 1:00 pm for the 12:00 pm check-in, we weren't allocated a room until 3:30 pm due to unpreparedness. Upon inspection, the initially promised room wasn't ready either, as the door handle was dysfunctional. 2. The ongoing construction lent an unpleasant ambiance with plaster patches, broken corridors, and pervasive construction debris. 3. Room quality was subpar, featuring damp patches, bed bucks and a musty odor. The air conditioning unit was filthy, seemingly untouched for ages. 4. Rather than addressing our concerns, staff attempted to upsell higher-category rooms, an ineffective sales tactic. 5. An inconvenient 8:00 am checkout time added to the frustration, despite our late check-in due to traveling with elderly relatives. Silver linings: 1. Despite managerial shortcomings, frontline staff were accommodating, extending a late checkout until 12:00 pm, earning commendation for their efforts. 2. The onsite dining experience offered decent fare at affordable rates, with attentive staff willing to accommodate special requests. Unfortunately, positives end there.
