horrible shabby, non working lifts, horrible breakfast. They will only give aloo subji, Upma ( really poor quality all lumps) and bread , boiled eggs. they will not let you touch the bread or butter, if you take more butter. rooms were ok. Lift half time non working . hotel is shabby... We took 2 bed room sea view suite...sea view was from one side corner...balcony was dirty dusty. bathroom toilet was unclean. room had 1 bathroom. no ventilation.

Waste of money....there a fat (mota) manager is very arrogant,not supportive...all managers are not supportive, don't talk properly...full time on mobile phone ....I stayed for 4 days ..they don't change bedsheet every day..they told us that it will change alternatively ..and matress cover after checkout ....if I paid per day ...then why this.....even they have no. first aid ⛑️ box in there hotel....they served us bleaching powder mixed water for drinking 🚰....when I complained...mota faty manager arrogantly said ..'yaha yahi milta hai if you want to drink clean water then purchase it from our restaurant ' .........delux room includes only rooms with poor condition AC and super deluxe room includes room with balcony and nothing else............at last don't go there ..it's only waste of money....you can rent better rooms at that price nearby hotels

Bed linen are not clean. The food comes after an hour. The hotel staff can not step out to get you any thing. Basically some one looking at a room at the same price you will have ample amount better service hotels around. It is not worth it . I checked out having paid as could not tolorate the service labe

My experience with this hotel is not up to the mark..I felt the staff is very unprofessional during our stay night @10:35 pm to 11.00pm someone was knocking our room at the same time I called to reception the guy at desk is replying me your room you just check we can't do anything the answer which make very bad disappointed... the next day at the time of checking out when I discussed with the staff regarding the matter the guy at reception told me he was room service guy he was knocking the door... without phone call how dare of him to knock someones room??? i didn't even order dinner same day... Breakfast is very bad 2 to 3 items only their that's okay no problem but staff need to be very professional.
